I've talked to Golden Coast Holiday Village and they are aware that there has been a problem.
They said they are trying to rectify it.
You will get a confirmation direct from the site in the post.
That will have a reference number beginning with the number 4
When you get that phone Golden Coast Holiday Village on 01271870343
Explain everything to them and they will look into it.

I've also sent a PM to Woolacombe Bay Media Manager

Latest Update..I've talked further to Golden Coast Holiday Village and as a gesture of goodwill they will be sending you a new confirmation letter through the post with all the extras taken off.
You will still need to pay if you wish to hire linen,but if you take your own you will have the PAY ONLY holiday that you'd originally booked for.

Thanks, don't work for them officially,it's a self appointed job.
I've camped on the £950club official Sun forum,and do all I can to advise or help try to resolve problems.

Unlike me I've missed the sun for August this time round I'm way in April Easter hols on a dm break, do we know when in April they will be released? I want to add a four day break to my Devon hol, either Devon or Cornwall and of course as I'm so tardy there is no availability.

Don't know for certain yet,of course,but going by the last 2 years I'm expecting it to start either April 1st or April 8th
I'm hoping April 1st as April 9th I'm off to Spain for a family Easter Holiday.

Thank you so much for the codes Essex boy. I managed to book Butlins Skegness at the end of the summer holidays.

I just wanted to query the extras. I am going on the 1st September for 3 nights fri to mon. I have paid £60 which is for 4 people which is as expected.
I expected a charge of £100 for ent pass and a charge for linen of £17 but I did not expect a 'summer supp' of £10. The dates on the website do not mention any extra for 1st September.

Please can someone confirm if that is correct?

Has anyone else ever booked four nights and three nights back to back? I've managed to do this in the Easter holidays and am now being told by haven that Despite the fact they've now linked my two bookings I need to pay twice for my dog and for the linen! I'm so angry as I feel I'm being ripped off by this. It's the same linen for starters. They have confirmed I won't be provided with new linen and if I was normally going for a week my dog would cost £25 but they want £50! I know these holidays are greatly reduced but I feel they're ripping me off!
