I have been trying to contact them on the number all day, but no use just keeps saying to ring back later. I was doing a booking for a family of 10 with 3 caravans, managed to book my son and his family in, my daughter and her family in but when I went to book for myself and my husband the system crashed, I don't no If the payment went through as I have received confirmation of both my sons and daughters but not mine, I have tried to rebook as this will be our first family holiday since having grandchildren so was really important to us but it won't show the park for the dates that they are booked on, I have emailed and not had any reply as yet! If the holiday for myself and husband wasn't booked will they be releasing any more caravans, I would of thought that has the system went live today for new bookers they would of been available0

The availability of caravans is not controlled by the Sun. It is controlled by the holiday park itself. They assign a set number of caravans to each newspaper group, and once those are all booked up, then that is it. They are usually not drip fed with some being earmarked for priority bookers and others for non priority bookers, hence the reason people are so keen to have a priority code to book.
However, if your holiday is for later in the year then you may be lucky and your park and dates may come up again in the next lot of Sun holidays.
I would therefore see if you can contact them via the email Essex Boy has kindly provided. I would also try within the next day or two to make the booking again. Otherwise the only alternative left it to make a booking directly with the park. Sometimes this is not as expensive as you might think it would be. Especially if you already have two confirmed bookings. So only one booking may cost slightly more than the others.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

The Sun normally run £9.50 holiday promotions in February, April (which normally has a major availability update), June and late August/September.
If the worst happens and the Sun can't sort this for you, i'd also check out the Daily Mail and Local Newspaper promotions run by Breakfree (see link below). I have the codes for these promotions if you need them.

I looked at booking direct and for the week we tried to book is £325 for the 4 days �� I have already tried the other paper holiday deals and they are also fully booked �� If worse come to worse would I beable to add myself and my husband to my daughters booking as she had a upgraded caravan ��0
