A question please for the MyVegas experts. This is my first reward having played for nearly a year. Anyway I am looking at a hotel reward for my next trip in Dec. I have purchased two nights at Aria and have a redemption code. I have logged into mlife but don't know where to book using the code.
It says in the instructions to click on the code but it is not clickable on myvegas.
Am I correct that you can't use more than one free room reward in 30 days?
Any help thanks
I think if you click on the link in them email they send you it should hopefully work. That is the way I did it earlier this year. Yes only 1 free room, we managed to get 2 rooms for our stay as my OH played too0 -
Thanks Kroberts, I thought of that but I haven't received an email since I purchased on Tue. Both my Mlife and myvegas accounts are the same email address so can't figure it out.0

I thought you had to telephone to book these rooms through MLife.
I may be wrong because I have always used the rewards to purchase free slot credits and steakhouse credit.
Hope you get it sorted.0 -
Ours were booked through a link on the email. You have to log into Mlife in your browser, then go back to the email and click the link. It should open a new page and you will already be logged in.
I would put a support ticket in if you haven't had an email. Every room night we have used has been that way in the last couple of years.
I hope you get sorted soon.0 -
Hi all -
Hopefully someone can help. Our TR credits from Social rewards are expiring in November. Anyone got any tips on how to keep them alive for a few short months more? It seems Caeasars Slots is only possible if you live in the US or Canada:( Tia0 -

Thanks all for the advice given. I purchased another reward to see if I get an email but same problem. I will put in a ticket as suggested.0 -

Go to Total Rewards UK
There are associated casinos throughout the UK that are linked with them. You can have your TR card linked so that all points earned in the UK will be added.
There is also a survey on the site you can take that will add 250 TR points to your card. You will receive a code by email and have to take it into one of the casinos to be added. That will keep your points active.
Or if you want to play Caesars slots use a proxy server that will fool the site into thinking you are in the U.S.The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
First trip to Vegas last week, and I loved the place (and I don't really gamble). There are machines for everyone from 1 cent to $100 a spin.
I sat at the 1 cent machines and fed a dollar in which lasted ages and had about two drinks from the waitresses. We had a little system going on, so as she returned with my friends drinks, I would order and so on, that way she was constantly back to us.
Would love to stay at one of the posh hotels next time (Tropicana was nice but a bit normal).
Didn't like Excalibur for smoke though, was worst of them all. Highest priced pint was $12 in a bar on the strip. Bottles were $8-$9 in casino and spirits $15.
MGM and Cosmo were best for me for free drinks.0 -

Thank you!!! Proxy worked a treat! I am not in London for a few weeks more, but great to see that may be an option in the future too if it is ever needed. I can now breath a sigh of relief, as I had nearly $200 worth on my TR card which would have been sad to just disappear.0
