FC_United_Fan wrote: »Just back in the office with my Boots Meal Deal. I go there with a friend from work and every tuesday we get weighed on the scales. I find that my weight can vary massively from day to day and certainly from scale to scale, so we use the same machine, at the same time of day (Tues 12:00) and because we're in our usual work clothes, they pretty much have a constant weight on us too.
I am annoyed to report that I'm still stuck on 13st 13lb - three weeks in a row. Most frustrating!
EDIT:: Hurrah!I just realised that I was looking at an old Boots weighing machine receipt!! I actually dropped a LB (at last) and I'm now 13st 12lb!! Now, I know it's not a huge weight drop by many standards but I've been at 13/13 for so long now that I'm really chuffed. (I will have to start looking at the receipts when they come out of the machine, not stuffing them into my pocket and looking later )
I'm back on course for my 13st 7lb target
wahey....well done :beer:0 -

hello again everyone
Thought id do a quick check up as we are out after dinner - and if i don't post until the morning it will be like "War n Peace":rotfl:
well i got the windows, vacuuming, mopping and scrubbing done in record time this morning :T ..... tomorrow my aim is to give all the carpets a once over with warm water and zoflora... brings the pile up and makes them smell lovely..and should burn a few extra calories
Taplady.. hope you chose a scrummy piece of cake whilst out today... don't blame you for not giving it up... 1 piece eaten out is som much better than having a whole cake lurking at home ...we know they can talk..and keep on shouting "eat me":p
Newlywed... well done - thats another pack of lard :T .... much better when you can visualise the weight.... a pack of lard is a lot..so well done
Rockie..well done to OH :T you will manage ...with the os cooking etc, im sure we will have loads more recipes turn up to help you keep costs down...
Madmae... i have some odd eating things too.. can't stand to see anyone dunk biscuits in tea, bread in soup eugghhhh it makes me cringe... Can't have beans on toast..have to have beans in a bowl and my toast at the side.. and when dinners are put out everything has to be in its own little area... and the most irritating... i make stir frys, have mixed veg etc...but end up seperating it back out into is own piles as i eat ..i didn't even realise i did it until hubby pointed it out :rotfl:
FCunited
I love mashed potato with swede or celeriac..... and do swede carrot mix etc... i love it.. comfort food mmmm and don't get me started on sauerkraut... i got addicted to the fresh krautsalad out here...but have weaned myself off slowly... i would just sit with a tub for my dinner
And congratulations on the loss :j

Evening All,
Mr Frog has just gone off to work so I have plenty of time to compose a deep and meaningfull post, but I can't be bothered so you'll have to settle for this one instead:rotfl:
I haven't exactly jumped back on the wagon today , but I have been walking along side it so that's better than yesterday. Will definitly be back on tomorrow though. I decieded Tuesday wasn't a good day to get back on. For one thing it starts with a T , it follows a Monday , and I don't like number 16. Tomorrow is by far a better day. It starts with a W , it follows a Tuesday and is exactly two weeks before weigh day on the 1st Nov so much better:T
I need to point out that my "blip" was done entirely for the benifit of those campaign members who were struggling. A completely selfless act on my part , I decieded to have a binge in order that those of you who are not doing so well could have someone to encourage and therefore kick youself into being good too. I hope it worked as I don't want to have gone through all of that for nothing! You see that is how committed I am to the cause ~ I hope you all apriciate it!;)
Thankyou VERY MUCH to those of you who sent kind words and encouragement, it means alot. To those of you who didn't ~ why not? Call that support? Charmimg! Don't ask for my advise you lot!!:rotfl:
Having a slobby night in front of the TV and then will be right on track in the morning I promise ~ Frogga's back;)
