Really DONT want to post , but I think I must or I'll stay away for days and then alot of damage will be done. So guess what , I've been binging!:o
Don't really know whyI started on Sat eve after dinner. I had 1/2 lrg packet of cashews, then 1/2 malt loaf, 2 pieces of toast , then went a bit mad on Sun and carried on today. Dont think I really want to start again tomorrow so then I'll soon have been stuffing for a whole week! Weighed myself just now and I'm exactly the same as of 1st Oct so the last 2 weeks were a waste of time.
Just read that mushypeas needed some Frogga motivation. How embarassing , sorry guys I've let you all down big time:o Sorry mushypeas xx
Guess I'll REALLY HAVE TO TRY AND BEAT THESE DAMM DEMONS TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last two weeks are NOT!!! a waste of time at all. You absolutely know how to maintain your weight. You're in it for the long haul, and weight varies day to day anyway, so many varying factors. You're doing brill. Anyway, if you pack in there'll be nobody to weigh in on 1st Nov with me...I need you Frogga.

Still not weighed myself...cowardice?
So far to-day I have had half an orange, toasted ham and cheese sandwich with whole beetroot, several glasses water, 1 slice bread and butter with bovril.
Dinner was 2 baked drumsticks, 2 baked sausages, stir-fried bok choi, carrots, onions, mizuna, onion and radishes with rice noodles, two apples stewed with cinnamon, no sugar.
Feel stuffed at the minute, if I can manage to ignore the pancakes I made for DGS's supper (made too many) I will be happy enough with the day

Frogga,
Just read your post. Don't even think about giving in...you have been doing so well.....put down that piece of carp in your hand and WALK AWAY....NOW!
Think of what you would have weighed if you hadn't been a good girl for the last two weeks....I am so proud of what you have done...you can continue...you must continue...I am being totally selfish here, you have dragooned and coaxed and bullied us all and now you want to GIVE UP....not a chance in h*** we will let you. Talk to MrsMcC, Odds or someone with more sense than I have...go on, get a large glass of water, drink it slowly you will be fine, I know you will.
Frogga...I need you here to help me start...don't forget that to-day has probably been the best day I have had so far, have put up 3 lbs since 01 Sep...You have been so much better, so ok, you have been a naughty girl but that's over now AND FORGET ABOUT IT.....remember to-morrow is another day
Hugs and lots of love

I'm sorry that you have had a bad binge attack but thank you for posting it, it makes me feel less alone and down on myself. You know that you will beat this attack. xxx
Good brekkie
Ck soup & bread for lunch with tiny bit of cheese.
Dinner was not from scratch..Garlic and herb chicken, potato wedges 5% fat, Sweetcorn.
How will the next 4 -5 hours go? This is my temptation time but I do have seeds to nibble on and there is yog in the fridge.0 -
awww Frogga please don't give up. You have been an inspiration to us. I doubt many of us would be here right now if it wasn't for you. Yesterday is yesterday and tomorrow is a whole new day.
I was good this afternoon. We were out longer than we were meant to and I almost didn't bother with doing my mince and soya mince, but then thought that I had no excuse not to do it and was just using the excuse of it being later to be lazy. So I cooked 800g of mince and a whole bag of soya mince and added onions and 2 tins of whizzed up tomatos. Then I threw in lots of different things including wine and some port and made a nice sauce. Then I put some in another saucepan and added grated carrot, red pepper and some fresh tommys and made a nice bolognaise. I have a huge amount to make into lasagne and other things but at least the base is there for a few more dinners.0 -

Hi, I hope you don't mind a newbie posting but I read your post and really felt for you. I'm always doing this - I'll be on a diet and be good for a few days, even weeks and then suddenly I'll crack and have a bar of chocolate. The trouble is that I then get it into my head that as I've broken my diet, the 'damage is done' and so I then dive into a bath of chocolate and gorge myself! (I don't literally mean a bath of chocolate, but doesn't the imagery sounds great).
However, having one day of weakness doesn't undo everything - just tut at yourself and then carry on with the effort0 -
Evening all...
Today has been quite good, which surprises me a little. Ok, I'm writing this while having an egg cup size snack of chocolate raisins, but I figure thats better than havng a loaf sized chocolate bar. It was my last day at work, so was expecting to gorge and feel sorry for myself, but then tomorrow is a whole other day.
Early Breakfast - I weetabix
Later Breakfast - I slice wholemeal toast, slither of cheese
Early Lunch - 1 egg omelette, portion of peas
Later Lunch - Veggie salad - more peas, sweetcorn and dwarf beans plus hard boiled egg.
Snack - Tiny Kitkat (about the length of my thumb and I have tiny hands!)
I haven't got any plans for dinner, so that may well end being a open tomato sandwich. Otherwise did my normal 1+ hour of walking, but will have to find a new way of getting that in now I've finished working.

Hi.....I used to be like that too. It got to the point where I used almost anything as an excuse to give up and binge. Now if I want a sweet I let myself have one or two and that way I so far don't want 100's of them.
I have to say my one weakness is potatos. I just love them. Can't get enough of 'em. Offer me a choice between a potato and chocolate and I would chose the tatty.
I'm not a great lover of other veg so I am slowly trying new ones and incorporating them into my diet. 2 years ago I wouldnt have touched peppers but now I like them. Though I can't ever see me eating sprouts:rotfl:0 -
Frogga, the last 2 weeks haven't been a waste. You have not put weight on, just stayed the same. Also, you are weighing yourself halfway through the month instead of at the end - there's still plenty of time to lose some weight ! You have not let anyone here down. It takes courage to come here and share your binge with us. That's both brave and honest - not only have you not lied to yourself, you've been honest with us too, when it's so easy for people online not to be. Whilst I haven't binged, I have been mighty tempted the last few days. It's not even a craving for food that I'm not having, it's just that " I don't care and nothing matters so I'll eat everything in sight for no good reason " mindset really. I am not happy about some of the food choices I have made the last few days but I know it will balance out and I'm not going to stop trying, and neither should you
Well done all and hugs to those that are feeling rough.
So, after saying I wasn't going to buy crud, I didcheese sandwich from the shop, diet coke, crisps, small bar fairtrade chocolate. I did add hm chutney to the sandwich, and had plenteous amounts of radishes, celery and cheery tomatoes alongside it ( cutting up veggies to keep in the fridge to have as snacks or sides really works well for me ) Also fought the almost overwhelming urge to crawl into bed the minute I was off duty and pull the covers over my head and sleep and hide from the world. Did a bit of tidying up and went to the launderette instead in order to " earn " my nap later on.
Had mid afternoon snack of toasted wholemeal soda bread and jam. Dinner will be hm veg cheese bake from the freezer and baked beans, then a plate of fresh and dried fruit after - bananas, grapes, raisins, dates, dried mango. I don't think I eat enough cooked green veg - and I do love most types - so that's going to be my focus for the next couple of weeks. My most hated food stuff though is...brussels sprouts, how I loathe the nasty little sulphurous spheres, I refer to 'em Satan's TesticlesYukky !
