yes, it means I haven't behaved.................... s+s pork is battered, deepfried, and covered with sugar in the sauce, never mind the portion size.......................... there was enough rice for 4 and enough s+s for 2, not that I ate all the rice, about 1/3 of that but all the pork.0

Hi Amanda and welcome. At least you had the guts to post your weight. I'm just not that brave. So well done you. Don't worry about the numbers - so long as they go down the way, you're doing something right and that's why we are all posting here. A few of us have said along the way that it's only posting what we intend to eat that day that actually makes the difference. We would munch on things we shouldn't otherwise.
And on that note, fling a fig roll my way newlywed if you have any to spare please. I love fig rolls with hot tea. :coffee: Yum yum
Mrs Mcawber you're tummy will be a veritable pin cushion by the time you are healed. :rotfl:
Didn't get my replacement hoover as it seems ever car in Preston was out on the roads at the same time. Gridlock. Everywhere. Just as well I can live with fluff all over the carpets till the weekend, isn't it."Bad planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part."

Hello all!
Had a bit of an off day. I'm not working anymore and went to the job centre to sign on...my appointment was 12.40 so being me got there at 12.30. The guy I was waiting for didn't show up until 1.10pm, didn't call me until 1.15 and then 45 mins later I was starving so had a raisin and biscuit yorkie bar. I should have gone into the bakery and got a sandwich but I just wanted the instant fix. The rest of the day has been ok, had toast for breakfast, snack was yoghurt and raspberries and dinner was just omelette and cherry tomatoes from the garden. I've got tinned mandarins for dessert, but will wait a while for that.
Yorkie, its been eaten so its over...and I did some extra walking today as well, tomorrow starts anew and "one day at a time" works really well (especially as its a song I like by Joe Walsh)
