Have you tried sugar free jelly yet? i swear by them... a whole one is 40cals..and i pour mine into individual dishes with some tinned fruit..a god send when you get the munchies....might be worth a try
MrsM - Hope you're feeling a bit better now...:A
I used to do crossstitching - haven't done any for years so I might go to the craft shop at weekend and have a look - I could do some Christmas cards for special people!:T
Not keen on sugar free jelly - sorry! Most of my munchy attacks seem to be savoury - I want crisps and bread and butter  so I'm going to call at the shops on the way home and get some ricecakes and ELF cheese spread and I might make some SW tortilla chips if I think on.....0 -

Ok sending you all fig rolls
Nope no farm foods anywhere near, never heard of it before coming on here. No Costco, no Morrisons. We do have Aldi (near work) and Lidl (near home). Tried to get him to eat other "white" fish but he wants cod. Lidl didn't have any tuna steaks at the weekend (and actually sainsbury is only 50p or so more than Lidl). Tuna steaks were because I wanted them!!
Oh and we also have lots of Tesco Express and a couple of Tesco Metro and a big Tesco I don't go to because it's too near M&S food store!!!working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
MRS MCAWBER Hokey Pokey was one of the recipes Nigella made last night it is honeycomb I see there is a whole thread dedicated to it on Moneysaving board bearing in mind the only ingredients are golden syrup, caster sugar and bicarb of soda it sounds fattening and cant be good for you whatever Nigella says (who by the way my OH adores) and would do your jaw no good at allFrugal challenge 2025

Thank you MRSMCAWBER and Frogga for making me so welcome. I'm going to be brave and tell you my vitals I weigh 158 kgs  but 1 year ago I weighed 167.5 kgs
I have recently undertaken a course of hypnotherapy to help me combat my food cravings and after 4 sessions I no longer crave chocolate and crisps. I now can only eat half a small bar of dairy milk before finding it too sickly (I used to eat a huge bar a day) and I ocasionally have a packet of crisps where I used to each a multipack every day.
I'm finding that I enjoy grazing carrots and celery during the day  :rotfl:
Thanks Alfiesmum. I am also setting up a Ranger unit in our district so I must
be mad.Fat and proud lol0 -
