well done frogga. thats a fantastic loss youve done so well to lose that and by going to work to not binge youve made a great start to losing even more next month, stick with it youre a star!
well i had some chocolate last night, probably more than i should have but not as much as i normally would (does that make sense?) so ive decided not to feel guilty about it as its a step in the right direction. even if it is a tiny one, i even said no to the last few pieces.
todays plan is
Breakfast:Scrambled eggs on toast
Snack: popcorn
Lunch:chicken pasta bake
Snack:1 apple
Tea:soup
Evening Snack:chicken sandwhich
craig is working at 2 so were having tea and lunch swapped round today. going to have to work really hard to stay on track this evening but i can do it. getting baby weighed this morning and praying shes put on some weight, the hv says shes getting close to the point where we have to be sent to the dietician, thing is thats where all my problems stem from, being underweight in childhood and people interfering giving me unrealistic ideas of whats a normal portion. shes sitting and trying to crawl, healthy and happy so im really not worried i think shes just a thin baby but they have their official rules and i really dont want to set her off on that slippery slope i was put on, i know shes so young but its really bugging me, i can see history repeating itself already, i was underweight as a kid and dh still is so being underweight is in the family. oh i dont know will have to see what they say today0 -

Frogga - another big WELL DONE:T from me(also said it on the daily thread! 2 for the price of 1 !;) )
Plans for today are
breakfast - 2 x cinnamon and sultana bread toast(HM)
snack - banana
lunch - toasted sarnie and salad (probably)
snack - grapes
dinner - sausage casserole and mash(small portion)
snack - yoghurt

I was a bit piggy last night - OH's bread :mad:
Still, today is another day.....
Brekkie - wholemeal toast and marmalade
Mid morning - banana , melon and blueberries
Lunch - crispbreads and hummus (would have had salad with it but it had gone mouldy in the fridge :eek: ) more fruit.
Tea - parsnip, leek and ginger stew, possibly with rice or couscous, yoghurt
I might go to the gym at lunchtime, if not I'll go for a walk.0 -

Hi all a BIG well done to Frogga and heres a good luck to nicki.
I resisted the scales yesterday and weighed in this morning, this week I have lost 4lb so in two weeks that is a total of 10lb. I know it will slow down now so although I would love another 4lb loss next week i'm not going to hold my breath......hhhmmmmmm do you think it would help me lose weight:rotfl:
Todays mealplan.
Breakfast 1xweetabix
Lunch large jacket potato 1/2 can healthy choice beans
Dinner salmon, boiled potatoes, sweetcorn.......smothered in flora light hehe
and an apple or two in between if peckish.

Well done Frogga and everyone else who has lost this week I managed 1 pound which is not much but it has taken me under 12 stone so that is an incentive to keep going

Hi Everyone
First of all congratulations Frogga and Redmel1621 that is excellant
- I have been on this for a week now and this morning I weighed and I lost 3lb so that brings me down to 12st 10lbs I am so pleased I didn't even feel like I was dieting so fingers crossed for next week. One thing though I have been having porridge for breakfast this week and I get a problem with indigestion also with weetabix is there any way to combat this or do you think I should change to something else0
