Thought I had big bobs til I read this thread! Mine are only 38DD!!!:rotfl:

Thats close to what I thought I was (44DD) until I went to M&S to get measured a few weeks back - 42G :eek: I couldn't believe it, but felt much better about myself when a "friend" on another site informed me that Jordon (AKA Katie Price) is a 32G :rotfl::rotfl:

Forgot that when I go to my brother for dinner there is always wine on the menu and am disgusted with myself that I drank a whole bottle of moscato....it was lovely! Am still going with my piece of cheesecake for supper...soon I think!

Sorry Frogga, thought that you knew that OH and I are off on our autumn jaunt to Sardinia to-morrow...haven't checked weather yet but this week is usually quite warm...the old bones need some heat

    Love

Pretty good day today although it so easily could have turned pap! Went to a Cage Fighting event tonight with OH and was told dinner was included. Got there and 'dinner' turned out to be sausage rolls, samosas and platters of cheese and ham butties on white bread and no diet drinks available at the bar!!!
So didn't eat or drink anything all night but I had motivation in the form of ring girls parading round in teeny bikinis showing me what could be if I didn't eat the pastry :)

OK I know it's early , but I had a dreadful night sleep . I think it was the fear of the scales as they kept comming into my dreams!

Right, the news we've all been waiting for ~

    On 1st Sept I was 18st 12lb , and on the 1st Oct I am......................................

    17 st 8lb  .

guess I should be really pleased and you'll no doubt all be signing in today to say well done. However , to be honest ( and there's no point being anything other than that with you all) I am gutted. I usually loose 2 st in the first month and I was really hoping to be 16st something. I know , I know , there's no pleasing some people! Never mind, I guess at least I have lost, roll on 1st Nov!!

Going to be a tricky day now like I knew it would. Already thinking about wether or not to have the day off work as I'm cheesed off and don't really fancy it.

Hope everyone else has a good day and thinking of you others who are facing the scales today xx

Have a good time in Sardinia Gran xx

  • NO frogga, thats a sensible weight to come off in your first month, that's 1 st 4 lb! Or divide that by 4.5 + its 4 lb a week, that's a lot! We are supposed to aim for 1-2 lb a week.

DO go to work and you don't need to binge, its not something you do anymore!

    Good for you!

Feeling a bit better about it now Oddsy as it was an hour ago that I weighed so I've come to terms with it. I think I'll have to go to work or it will be the slippery slope.

    I just want instant results!!

  • If you want to keep it off, instant isn't good! You gained it slowly, you'll lose it slowly. And then you'll keep it off.

And now I know why I woke up! Gotta keep you in line!

That is a Huge amount mrs frogga

And most importantly you didn't go down the binge route... you stopped yourself before it got you.... that in its self is a major achievement as you know :D ..

Get off to work thinking that you are about 1/5 there.. and that you have lost nearly 10% of your body weight thats got to make you feel good.....

Keep up the good work flower.... and if in doubt go and fill a bag with 1st 4lbs of tins and carry that around for a while;)

or next time you are in the supermarket imagine 36 packs of lard

well i will go and do my post now.... thought you deserved one all of your own....are you listening?? just in case

    well done
