Well I've had a good day so far.

I took my DDs out for some fresh air.

I also made the curry for lunch rather than dinner, but had it later IYSWIM. So just a light snack later.

I made sure I had a smaller portion of curry than I normally would have, but despite that, I am surprisingly full. Yesterday, I would have thought nothing of shovelling 2 - 3 times the amount down my throat.

One problem I have is, I'm trying to drink more water but that's also meant a record number of trips to the loo. Not so bad today as we haven't strayed far from home, but I'm hoping my bladder gets used to the increased amount soon.

Yes I think probably lots of us have realised that our portion size has been rather more than generous. I realised this when we were invited out to someones to dinner and when it arrived I thought, 'what the heck, where's my dinner.' I realised I was the only one that was shocked. I've always dished up 'ma larkin' size portions.

Oh, that really made me laugh!!!, That sounds exactly like me heehee!!!

Ah Pipkin, I am not alone. I was just saying a couple of days back that I'm peeing for England.

Actually, I don't fully understand about drinking 8 glasses a day. I find it really hard to drink a lot, only manage 1/2 a coffee at a time. Why do we need to do it?
I once read that a study conducted in USA 4 years back reported a higher level of bladder cancer in those drinking 8 a day. I was sceptical of the stats but then again.... at 7 my dentist was telling me to clean my teeth with an apple after my lunch. So confusing.

No idea , but I would lay money on there being a thread about sicky smells somewhere;) Your best bet it to PM Gingham Ribbon or Pink Winged as they will defo know ! They've both been on mastermind with the O/S boards as their specialist subjects and got 40 points each! :D

    Welcome by the way x

I reckon it's a lie to help you lose more weight cos you use all those extra calories up running to the loo every few minutes. Even better if you haven't got a downstairs one!
Oh dear, here we go again.
