Can't handle this girls...first one of you goes missing, then the other...are you trying to drive me to an early grave???
Hello everybody, I was an absolute pig yesterday and ate everything that came my way so that's gone and to-day the plan is:
Breakfast: fruit and fibre with some apricots, nuts and coffee;
Lunch: ham salad sandwich and coffee;
Dinner will be baked hake, hm wedges and lots of veg...not sure what's there at the moment.
Am going to make large pot of veg soup to have during the afternoon as its a long time from now until 6 pm dinner...will have a pear or two also.
Not very hopeful of a good result at to-morrow's weigh in, have overeaten each day and sorry Frogga but never did the walking either!
Love to all

I'm here! Panic not! My oldest Whippet was v unwell this morning so I took him straight to the vet and didn't have time to post. He's fine, probably just eaten something he shouldn't and it made him sick, silly ald man!
Anyway, glad you are better MrsM
Marie ~ Hope you don't feel too cheesed off about the piggyness yesterday, forget it!
Right, can't stay on here too long, got bits and pieces to do and want to feel like I've actually achieved something today as yesterday was a bit of a non-starter!

I am SO CROSS! Have to come on here before I raid the fridge!:mad:
Tadpole 1 has just announced that she left her PH kit, her WHOLE PE kit on the bus on Wednesday!!! She didn't tell me before incase I'd be cross!!! Nothing has been handed in at the bus station so that's a WHOLE kit lost and needed to be replaced by Monday. I rekon it's at least £100 as there were trainers, jumpers, shorts,joggers,football boots et.c . I am SO gutted as I cannot affoard to replace all this and the bag was handmade by me and she's had it since reception so she is very upset too.
I'm too cross to binge as I don't think I could chew properly!Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Bobbadog..... such restraint with the choccy orange deserves :T .. I was sure that it wasn't possible to break them into single segments..then again i also used to believe that it was impossible to eat 1 pack out of a multi pack on its own.. or to break off a single yoghurt from a 4 pack :rotfl:
Kittyscarlett .... Hope your day went better than i looked like it was going to.... and hope you rebelled in style :rotfl:

have had a hectic day and have eaten a mince pie AND a banana and walnut muffin(warm from the oven) never mind am sure I've burned it all off;) Also had a piece of garlic bread - made a veggie thingy for tea and it was horrid so didn't eat it, had the garlic bread instead.
Am off tapping tonight so that'll burn a bit more off!:D

Evening ladies! :hello:
Keep calm frogga and stay away from the fridge....
I was talking to a lady on the train home who said that last year her husband had left ALL his Christmas shopping on theluggage rack of the train - the whole families presents................can you just buy a few cheapo bits to put tadpole1 on until the January sales??
MrsM - glad you're feeling better today.:D
Taplady - perhaps we should start cakeaholics anonymous???
I went shopping tonightI bought a lovely coat in Next, I was only going to look round tonight and get one at the weekend but I tried this one on and liked it straight away. I turned round and there was another lady with the same coat on and it looked lovely, we both laughed and she said it suited me so I got it
It was £10 less than I'd budgeted which was nice so I got a scarf and gloves to go with it AND it's a size smaller than I would usually get so I'm chuffed :j
I made veggie sausage, potato wedges and mushy peas for tea, and I'm sat here now with a small glass of wine. Hopefully I won't have anything else tonight, tomorrow is weigh in :eek: I feel a bit thinner so I think I'll measure myself as well.
Enjoy the evening ladies:A0 -
Evening folks ! I'm going to be a lazy so and so and do a " yeah, what MrsM said " :P excepting of course " glad you're feeling a bit better MrsM but please don't overdo it, relax and make sure you really are well before dashing around ." and blimey frogga, really don't know what to say, hope your doggy will be ok and don't give up hope, the kit may yet turn up. Have you tried seeing if anyone has handed it in at the school ? maybe if you talk to your daughter's PE teacher and explain, perhaps they could let her off PE for next week to give you a chance to track down the missing items. and meanmarie, I love that feeling when the trousers are looser and you KNOW its NOT down to dodgy elastic !!
Not wonderful but not too terrible today. Had lovely wholemeal toast, locally made butter/lemon curd, an apple, piece of cheese and truly gorgeous unpasteurised milk for brunch - fantastic flavour, tastes like proper milk if you know what I mean. Really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, didn't get any excercise as felt really rough after work - exhausted, dizzy and bad headache - so instead of going out as I wanted to and making the most of the time reclaimed from the ungone to meeting, ended up in bed.
Feel much better this evening. Hm turkey and cranberry sandwich, loads of cherry tomatoes, lovely crunchy winter celery, packet of crisps, pepsi max and small packet of minstrels for dinner. I'm not going to beat myself up over the last 3I'm going to do an hour's housework in a minute so that will at least be some activity with lots of brisk stairwalking ! must say I can't wait until next week when my Butt's Farm delivery comes ( I hope, order is still down as " being processed " ) and can get down to some proper cooking again.
PS well done rockie on getting the lower size coat !!" Baggy, and a bit loose at the seams.. "~ November 8th 2008. Now totally DEBT FREE !~0 -

Sorry if they take a while to load, they're pretty big pictures. Really please with how they've all turned out. Just got to make more now to sell on the 8th. If anyones wondering about the magnets one the nativity set, it closes up so all the figures can be kept inside
Right, back on topic. If you ignore the half a chocolate eclair, slice of ginger cake and ice bun I've had today then I've been goodHoney nut cornflakes for brekkie, HM carrot and corriander soup for lunch and HM turkey stirfry for tea with lots of veg. Exercise was the bums and tums section of my work out dvd (plus the warm up and cool down stuff, about half hour in all)
MrsM - Glad you're feeling better and hope you liek the nativity set.
Frogga - Is your dog better? We have a very sulky cat today. Me and sis had to clean her bottom and she was not impressed! Refused to look at us or come for a fuss all day. That is really annoying about the PE kit. Does the school have spares she could borrow till the new year? My school always had a box of spare gym skirts and stuff. I know its not nice to have to borrow it but its only a few weeks till christmas holidays and then you could get it in the sales before she starts back again.
One last things....mmmmm chocolate orange! :rotfl:I'm through accepting limits'Cuz someone says they're soSome things I cannot changeBut till I try, I'll never know!0
