    Morning ladies

Sorry for being absent yesterday.... I haven't fallen off the wagon.. im in the sick carriage at the back...keep your distance folks :p

Was tickety boo monday morning... by lunch time i was floored  ... have the mother of all bugs... feels like flu.... im red hot, then freezing cold..(went to bed burried under 3 quilts, 2 throws and a blanky and 2 hot water bottles :p )i have a man clog dancing in my head..he does stop briefly -but only so he can kick my eye balls  think someone has a voodoo doll of me somewhere.. feels like red hot knitting needle being stuck in all my joints...even my bl**dy skin hurts!!! sat here with my sun glasses as the light hurts my eyes :rotfl: .... So all i have managed for the last day and a half is to shuffle from bed to bath to sofa and back again _pale_ ..thought i would send a quick one as i have mustered up the energy to switch the PC on..mind im sat here huffing n puffing like an old fart :p

Had a scan of the posts.. will catch up later when i feel better... thank you for missing me :D
woohoo Frogga.. thanks for the PM and e mail :D

wouldn't recommend it as a weight loss method..although i can't eat anything at the moment..having all on getting liquids down me  ...want to be sick but can't ..so all in all i feel like a bag of poop tied in the middle

well ladies.. thats enough moaning for now :o ... im going to crawl back to the sofa now....
will be back as soon as i can muster some energy...

hope everyone is well, and doing well...will catch up on the posts in a bit ;)

Hi Juliejim  Hope you are having a nice day, my oh is an HGV driver but he doesn't often have to do a night out which is lucky but we really notice it when he is away. Have you got tadpoles too? Robbie (tadpole 2) gets upset when Mr Frog is not here so I have fed up tadpoles to cope with too! Have a good day you xxx

GET WELL SOON MRS M! :grouphug:

It's horrible feeling so rotten, just keep taking the fluids and rest, it will pass soon.

Have at last sent off DS2 to school, he hasn't been since last Thursday when I picked him up at lunchtime after he had been hit in the face with a basket-ball (he wasn't even playing!) which caused a rather major nose-bleed, he was also feeling dizzy and sick. We have since discovered that he has a nasty urinary infection which has left him with this nausea. As he is diabetic everyone tends to panic a bit more than usual. I must admit this is one of the few times he has been really ill since he was diagnosed as Type 1 diabetic nearly 2 years ago (he is 14)...apart from all the muscle and bone damage as a result of PE and rugby that is! Here's hoping that I don't get a phone call from school today ........

Now must get back to the homework and housework...I think homework first to get it out of the way, then I will blitz the bathroom and kitchen.

Hello to everyone else and hugs to all those feeling down ,:grouphug: well everyone really, but I am not sure if my arms are long enough!....but I will try....!

    M

    Morning all.

Glad you're feeling more upbeat today frogga :D

Hope you get well soon mrsm - maybe that's why you were off your food as you were coming down with a flu bug? :)

I'm not doing too great today - went to Chiro yesterday and am very sore today. Thankfully I know I'll be better in a day or two. Been on the chocolate bars already this morning :o

At work but wishing I was curled up in bed with a Cary Grant or Doris Day film and a huge bar of chocolate!!!! :o

keiss21 - hope son is feeling better today
 to everyone else including frogga (who might get upset if I don't mention her by name)

Normal service has been resumed at home – OH came in last night chatting as if nothing had happened  no apology but hey, he's a man so what do I expect :naughty:
I had chickpea and veg curry for tea with pilau rice (a bit hot) then a yoghurt and a muffin later on – that was after I’d had to scrub the living room carpet and wash the chair covers after my lovely cat  knocked a full cup of tea off the window sill!!

Today – Muesli and soya milk for brekkie, just had a banana and a cereal bar.
Lunch – could be difficult…….we have a buffet lunch in work today – butties and cakes…….veggie butties are always cheese, cheese or cheese!! The cakes are the little bit-sized ones so I’ll limit myself to one
Tea – depends on what is in the freezer/cupboards – not a lot as it’s payday tomorrow, I’ve achieved my grocery challenge but there’s not much healthy stuff left in so it might be egg and SW chips

Exercise today is just the walking :j but I might go through town and window shop so I'll walk a bit further than usual.

    Enjoy the day ladies!!:A

Hi - have been reading from the wings from the start. .. have joined SW and lost a 14.5 pounds ( really pleased) how ever some of the group are only there for a chat ( not meaning to be horried ) and almost make you feel bad for being able to lose . I have been slimmer of the week twice in the last 3 weeks and if looks could kill this week i would be dead. I have lost the weight in 7weeks so it is only 2 lbs a week average . What would you do if you were to win again before xmas would you take the box of goodies or would you let some one else .........

I'm on my way - how long will it take to walk from the south coast? Just gone to drive to Aldi and the blooming car won't start. So I've walked there. Had a bloke get stroppy coz I wouldn't give him my trolley as it has a token in it. Walked all the way back to work with shopping - in the drizzle as it started raining when I left Aldi . Tried the car again... and it flamin well started on the button

So now I've taken more lunch time than I should have as I have to leave early today. My upper back aches more from carrying shopping. I'm damp, fed up and very very grumpy.

Just debating eating a second chocolate muffin!!!

And yes - I did enjoy the first muffin!! :D
