Sorry, try not to be grumpy for a moment.
Hello cookie. I think if you have put all the effort in and lost the most weight then you deserve the prize. Just think the quicker you lose the weight the less weeks you'll have to stay there!!
Ignore them. Someone will always be jealous of how much you lose/have lost. Unless they are asking for tips, help and encouragement just leave them be and let them wallow in it. You never know you may spur one of them on to try and beat youworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Hugs to all poorly people whether posters or their families ! hope you get better soon MrsM - even though you say you were feeling ok before Mon night maybe your body knew it was under attack hence the previous lack of appetite... take care of yourself !
glad you're feeling better frogga, I would gladly book a duvet, tea and films spot if I didn't have to hang about waiting for a new tenant to move in
cookie, I would ignore them - if there is a set up for prizes etc its down to the system and not you ! if it wasn't you it would be someone else winning them. As long as you know in your own head that you're doing it for you and not for prizes then stuff the othersmind you I'm saying that from the viewpoint of being someone who's not particularly competitive.
Today is going ok. Not much in the way of exercise, have just had a wholemeal corned beef, branston, beetroot and cress sandwich and a cuppa, first meal of the day :undecided Will hopefully try and make a quorn casserole tonight but is all totally dependent on when this new tenant turns up as he's hit problems with the removal company - so quite likely he'll turn up long after I'm off duty at 5pm  if it all drags on I can see myself being too tired and fed up to have anything other than cheese sandwich and fruit for dinner. I am, however, determined NOT to resort to shop junk or a takeaway !" Baggy, and a bit loose at the seams.. "~ November 8th 2008. Now totally DEBT FREE !~0 -
Hi - have been reading from the wings from the start. .. have joined SW and lost a 14.5 pounds ( really pleased) how ever some of the group are only there for a chat ( not meaning to be horried ) and almost make you feel bad for being able to lose . I have been slimmer of the week twice in the last 3 weeks and if looks could kill this week i would be dead. I have lost the weight in 7weeks so it is only 2 lbs a week average . What would you do if you were to win again before xmas would you take the box of goodies or would you let some one else .........
Take the goodies! :T
My mate runs a SW class, she doesn't like it when that kind of thing happens (as it does) I have known her 'have a quiet word' on a few occasions. She would rather have fewer happy slimmers than lots of disgruntled ones - perhaps give her a ring and tell her they're making you uncomfortable??0 -
Welcome Cookie :j Why haven't you posted before? You daftie x
TBH If I won again I would share the goodies with the others if it was Xmas week. Isn't that the Christian thing to do? ~ As spoken by a true Atheist!;) Knowing me though I would only be doing it because I would be trying to win them over. I hate it when people don't like meYou have done REALLY well, so if you want to keep the goodies I don't think you should feel guilty, but you probably would!
Glad all those of you that joined me under the duvet enjoyed the film and the coffe & mince pies. To those of you that didn't make it ~ you missed a really nice afternoon x
Now going to help Mr Frog put up a loft ladder ~ what fun!Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Hi Juliejim  Hope you are having a nice day, my oh is an HGV driver but he doesn't often have to do a night out which is lucky but we really notice it when he is away. Have you got tadpoles too? Robbie (tadpole 2) gets upset when Mr Frog is not here so I have fed up tadpoles to cope with too! Have a good day you xxx
Hi Frogga
Not being a frog I don't have any tadpoles;) but I do have 2 kids! My DH drives HGVs as well but is home most nights just tends to have 1 night out a week.
Hope you're feeling better soon MrsM and anyone else feeling under the weather.
I'm going now as my tea is calling!:D
Hugs to all

Not had any tea yet, I'm still stuffed from lunchThe caterers had excelled themselves on the veggie side so I had 2 triangles with hummus and red pepper, one with plain salad and one with egg mayo, a few crisps and a mini banofee pie..............and a not so mini mince pie - OOPS:eek:

Hi all,
Well done all the losers and all those who are hanging in there!
Having a bad time at the mo due to family issues and I've eaten non stop. Silly isn't it? I eat, feel bad, eat to stop feeling bad....and it goes on. I know some of you will be able to relate. :-)
Anyhow I hope to catch up with you all soon, and I wish you all the very best.
