The whole point is that we are all here because we want to change our body shape and be healthier - isn't it?

So probably none of us are really happy with how we look with the extra weight, or we wouldn't try to get rid of it?

As for feeling sorry for hubby - frogga - Are you a good wife? Look after him, faithful to him? Look after the home and the kids as well as working? Have raised lovely caring helpful kids? Yeah? You know the real answer then, be proud of what you DO and who you ARE. It's the bits INSIDE you that count and make you who you are!!! I'm certain that is what he loves you for - naughty undies are just a bonus :D

But don't give up on your January plans ;)

PS.... Does anyone have good ideas to cook up loads of eating apples that have got a few bruises. Used to cooking apples, but eaters don't tend to mush down so easily.

My mum uses eating apples for apple pie - no need to add sugar to them that way - but my sister didn't like it like this because of the "lumps" she likes mushy apple pie filling

    Good evening everyone!
Gosh we have a missing MrsM...has she got so thin she has vanished:eek:

Frogga when I just hate my body, I try my best to avoid looking in any mirrors and then when I get an accidental glimpse, I think it's not as bad as I thought. I also try and not compare myself with others - it's a road to ruin, and for me I end up binge-eating. Keep your head up high and keep on going.;)

I've been single for over 3 years now and have not had any dates or interest from anyone, I blame it on my looks, as I have steadily got fatter over that spell. But even now, with a tiny bit of weightloss and I would really like to meet someone else - the thought of stripping down to my undies in front of a new bloke scares the hell out of me:eek::eek::eek: That was too much information, wasn't it - sorry:o.

As newlywed has said, we are all in this for the same reason, so no matter how bad we feel about ourselves we will keep on. And we get extra brownie points (no I said points not cho-chip) for being OS, best thing that could happen to any of us:j

    Today's eats:
    B - 1 weetabix, s milk, OJ
L - 2 (1/4 triangles) of chicken salad sandwich, at work thingy (They were horrid too)
D - HM cottage pie, cauliflower, 2 satsumas
Snacks - SF jelly, options choc-mint

Walk - I'm just about to go..and it's raining..don't you feel sorry for me

I've not done well this week. nothing lost but at least nothing gained. I blame going away and having a good time. I 'm ashamed to say we went to spa but I still managed to eat lots (took emergency supplies of chocy biccies of course). We all need to moan and let of f steam but we shouldn't lose sight of how special we all are so big hugs to all.

Oh well tomorrow is another day n all that. Will have to do walking tomorrow cos its job centre day (boo) I'm also having my hair cut tomorrow...hmm wonder if I cut it all off it would weigh a few pounds :rotfl:

Chin up frogga. You have us lot to help you keep the lbs off once they go this time. This is how you should be looking (woobly bits or not) ----> :D See its even the right colour for you!

    Morning All

Frogga - I take it your DH's is a driver like mine? Mine went out Monday morning and isn't due back until tonight - and he did the same last week - mind you he doesn't like doing that but it's the busiest time! I'll forgive you for not saying morning to me yesterday even though you said morning to everyone else who posted after me - I'll just go and sit in the corner and sulk!;)

Not going too well at the moment - keep snacking on things I shouldn't - mind you part of the problem is I need to go shopping as I have hardly any fruit in or other healthy things to snack on. Planned to go last night but ended up having my mate's kids instead.

    Hope everyone else is okay

    Hugs to all

MrsM it's about time you posted!
