Weight Lost: 0/210 -
Good evening everyone,
Welcome to all new losers, they are a mad bunch here but should be copyright'ed enmass as a weight loss solution....:rotfl:
Mondays don't we just love them!
I just read through some posts saying some of us are embarrassed by our size and don't like going out. (XXHugsXX) I'm so fed up with society picking on us and making us feel bad about ourselves. You can't go through some news sites without some derogatory comment about obesity, never mind the conflicting advice on how to "fix" it. How dare they make us outcasts. It's just the same for me, I feel my whole identity is based on my size and it's how I'm judged. RANT over now.
Been a bit peckish on and off today, but manged to fill up on bits of fruit.
Today's eats:
B - 1 weetabix, s milk, OJ
L - HM pepper & tomato soup, box salad, blueberries and satsuma
D - SC pork sweet & sour, 2 tablespoons rice, brocolli
Snacks - bannana, satsuma, choc-mint option
Walked 40 minutes in the freezing cold and fog - very refreshing:cool:
Going to make lime SF jelly with blueberries floating in it, in little snack size tubs to take in my pack lunch box. Yum...:p
See you all tomorrow!0 -
does anyone else find not wanting to waste food a reason to scoff it!? I have a few past their date bargain eccles cakes in the kitchen (reduced, but still fine!), and I cant chuck them!
Well, I was supposed to be starting the os weight loss today, but dont think I have done so well!!
brunch - had a lie in (no work today) so had some leftover pork and stuffing in a sarnie (no butter!) orange juice, coffee, and half an eccles cake.
mid afternoon - shared some crisps with OH, as we had gone to ikea, were gonna have a hotdog each, but they had none, and we were starving!
tea - 2 hot dogs made at home, to substitute for lack of ikea hot dogs
plus - low fat horlicks plus other half of eccles cake!
oops - just realised I have eaten crap really and no fruit or veg apart from the juice! - I do normally, honest!!!0
