    Hi everyone

Well have sat here pondering for ages..and have decided that if hubby gets home soon im gonna get him to take me to Markauff supermarket... let him sit in the gyros bar..will treat him to one of those as its his fave plus he then won't be under my feet in the supermarket ;) ...
and then im gonna poddle round there in an attempt to find somethings i want to eat  .... I have sat today and realised that there is really very litle i enjoy right now...
weetabix, low fat cream cheese on crisp breads, avocado and a bit of porridge  and i don't want it to mess up my weight loss... so i HAVE to think of things i will enjoy eating -and that im willing to spend the cals on

might try tuna, cottage cheese, jacket potatoes...old faves ;) and get some stuff to make salad..... this seems so silly that i have gone to the other end of the scale... instead of eating anything and everything .. i now don't want much...
excuse the moan and ramble folks :p
just hope hubby hurries up home...he will be thrilled to find out i want to go to the supermarket :rotfl: mind he had a craving for jacket n cottage cheese the other day..it always used to be one of our fave meals..so really i would be fetching it because he wanted it :rotfl:

talk to you later folks..off to make a list :D

When I feel like that Mrsm - I buy things like smoked salmon (lovely in an omelette), king prawns, stuffed vine leaves, poached salmon, expensive fruit etc. Something I really fancy but is still healthy ;)

Well done losers. I get to join you this week...3lb down :j

MrsM - Apparently its white wine vinegar as well  I love bonfire toffee. My mum makes great toffee, might hint at her this weekend to make some heehee. We do the bits to eat a lot over christmas as well, its great.

Kitty - I could quite happily eat like that all the time too.

Been good so far today. Fruit and fibre with ss milk for brekkie and made myself some carrot and corriander soup for lunch. I've had a couple of squares of galaxy as well, mmm. I've cut down so much on my chocolate munching recently that just a little bit is enough now. Right, I have to go do a big pile of ironing now then finishing making my nativity set. Going to put them up on my website but think i'm a bit late to do any big christmas sales now. I have got a stall at my villages christmas tree festival tho so hopefully I'll sell a few there :D

I've been pretty poorly with M.E. this last week, but have lurked to see you losers, when able to sit at the computer.
We have been having home made soup, which has gone down very well indeed. Vegetarian daughter home and loves it. Husband went to the dentist and had a top molar out, so the veggie soup has been whizzed and eaten through a large straw.
Breadmaker broke. The plastic cog thing broke in half so the blade doesn't connect. Pulled out the dough and let it rise. Now in the oven being an odd shape.
Although I am losing the weight very slowly it is still a loss. I haven't said anything to the family, but I am pleased that your encouragement has helped.
We are off to France next week to celebrate daughter's 21st.

    Afternoon all,

By some miracle I have lost a pound this week...so at least some part of my brain is getting the message that I have been eating too much. Only another 11 lbs to go to reach Christmas target.

Congratulations again Mrs MCC, you are really a great example to us all and so helpful too, but do make sure that you eat enough to be healthy.

C'mon Frogga...with all the cycling you must be fit enough to jump up on the wagon again, I'm getting a little nervous with nobody steering.

    Today I have eaten:

    Fruit and fibre with extra raisins and brazil nuts;

Homemade burger with salad on ciabatta, cup coffee

Fish, mixed veg and herby wedges done in the oven will be dinner, couple of pears with yogurt and lots of water will be dinner.

    Good luck to all

    Marie
