Good morning all
Good luck Mrs M - another 3lbs+ I'm predicting with all that walking :-)
Had my last gym session yesterday :-( no money for anymore, so I'm going walking when dh comes home. Very slippy here though, and dare I say I'm getting fed up of seeing snow!
Hope you all have sunshine in your day ladies x

Hope everyone else weighing in today does well...fingers crossed....
Thinking of having a couple of slices of hm bread-toasted with beans for brekkie...mainly because i opened a tin for hubby to have with his hm savoury meat pie last night.. i have never seen so many beans in a tin..non of that 1/2 tin of beans 1/2 tin of sauce here..theres about 1/3 left so that should keep me warm;)
Dinner is going to be pork, hm stuffing, mashed potato (for hubby), and lots of veggies
I will be having a walk later... need to wander to the bank to deposit some cash into hubbies account... will wear my new WARM boots as it is blooming cold out there..and we keep getting snow showers :snow_laug .... so i will soon find out how comfy these boots are
Madsmum...send the snow here i love it :j mind it will knock the walking on the head i guess when it gets bad ..heck knows what i will do then.. gyms really don't do it for me...and i refuse to buy any more clobber to take up room in the house:p ..
NO CAKE taplady ? ..... hope you haven't got withdrawal symptoms... my mum made that autumn slice at the weekend... and strangely enough it all disappeared.. she thinks they may have mice
...grey haired ones that snuffle around in the kitchen.... bless her she could live on less than a sparrow..unless you put anything sweet in the house
...
Kittyscarlett... thanks for the tip on the oxtail ... going to give it a go.. hubby loves it..but i always think of that horrid stuff in tins- bleughhhh..just had a pm pop up...will return it when i get back from the bank

Grats to this is it and MrsM for the losses !! :T I think tinned oxtail soup is vile ( mind you I think most tinned soup is horrible anyway ) but that's the great thing about making soup at home, you can control EXACTLY what goes into it and make it taste like proper food ! also, I can't believe it , another person that can't stand pork crackling or shoe shopping, LOL ! I had to FORCE myself to go and replace my one pair of " proper " ( ie not sandals or walking shoes ) shoes the other week as the old pair were five years old, the heel was completely worn down and they had holes in  and I got a pair exactly the same as the last ones
In spite of the amount I ate yesterday, kept feeling hungry - had the grapes and little bit of cheese, then another slice of toast and honey and a square of dark chocolate before I went to bed - I do think its the cold weather ! got a busy morning, monthly visit from weekday job line manager today which will mean 5 mins of discussing things here then 30 mins of him moaning about his job, LOL. So no chance of breakfast methinks  have a good day all." Baggy, and a bit loose at the seams.. "~ November 8th 2008. Now totally DEBT FREE !~0 -
morning!
well done MRSM and this is it:T :T :T
cold and frosty here again! will walk into town later for a bit of exercise.
Food plans for today are
B - muesli and banana
clementine
L - something on toast - might be poached eggs
yoghurt
D - Hm lasagne and salad
mango - never ate it yesterday might have it with yoghurt.
am trying to nibble on fruit and leave the biscuits alone - not had one in over a week!:j still no cake in the house so should be safe!:D
have a good day all xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Well everyone on the losses. I've lost another ½lb and haven't been very good at all so that's a bonus
Feeling tired today and didn't sleep well (OH went back into git mode ) He's being nice again now, but claimed his bad moods were all my faultCoz I decided to go to bed at the same time as him
Anyway.... Lunch today is tuna corn salad thingy I posted earlier, plus maybe a bit of malt loaf. Might go for another walk at lunch time, since it's dry and sunny (freezing though). Only need couple of pints of milk so might walk uphill to the Co-op and back for a change from the walk to Aldi (different directions).
Have had 2 invites round for tea over the next few weeks so that will be good. Feels like we hardly ever go out now we're married (but really it's now that I'm trying to pay my mountain of debt back and cut all the credit cards up - as that's what paid for meals out and days out) :rolleyes:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Well done your your loss Newlywed. I hope your dh chills out!
