Kitty.. it is called PMT.. OR maybe you just needed a major boost.. I don't think it matters as a one off.. tomorrow is a new day.. and I intend scarfing loads of party carp.. ok so USUALLY I end up eating a couple of sausages a few eggy sarnies and not much else!
I have spent an hour dancing in the kitchen while cooking dinner.. does that count as exercise?? lol
And then I am off to the public house..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Kittyscarlett....
Oh my god.... not what you have eaten....but if i was sent to the shop to buy my fave snicky snacky snooze as we call them top of my list would be... walkers C+O crisps, minsterals, and  frys turkish delight..oh bliss :rotfl: the only thing missing was a packet of smokey bacon and a bag of revels (which were much better when they had coconut instead of coffee;) )... how spooky :rotfl:
Pigpen is right..but you allready know that 1 off day isn't the end of the world..and you will soon make up for that little blip.
Sometimes these things come from nowhere.. no warning, no nothing.. which gives us no time to distract or divert ourselves..so don't beat yourself up about it..
Im sat here now to stop me getting a slice of hm bread with cream cheese..not helped by the fact hubby has just had the toaster on :wall:
well i had better get off and go and pm our green friend..she can't escape from me that easily
take care and speak to you all soon:D-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

I bloody hope its not PMT, thats not due for another week yet... omg don't tell me I'm getting pre PMT- PMT !!
I like Revels as well Mrs M... altho for bacon crisps I prefer Frazzles over normal smoky bacon. The sad thing is I eat them together - ie a crisp and a mouthful of chocolate... deary me. I think I'm cross at myself because the last few days I've done quite well and then blam for no good reason. O well, tomorrow is very much another day !

Do try line dancing,we go every week, it's good fun, good exercise and good company, contrary to what many people think there is very little country and western music, nearly every new pop record that comes out will have a dance put to it,also unless it's a particular social event we don't dress in western style clothes, anything goes as long as its comfortable and you can move OK in them,an added advantage is that you don't need a partner so can dance as much or as little as you want, some dances my hubby likes that I don't or vice-versa so we do our own thing although we usually dance side by side. We have loads of ladies who come on their own so don't wait just give it a go!
By the way our afternoon session only costs 50p each, which includes a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit so how MS is that for an afternoon out?

dont forget to freeze some of your sage,it will keep it's lovely fresh taste, then,in the spring cut the plant back really hard and it will send lots of lovely new shoots up for you, also pick off of the early flower buds, that will make it thicken up and become even more bushy,if you are having a B B Q put a bunch on the coals, smells delish!! and flavours the meat. What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -
Morning All,
Well done the loosers! Abosolutly Brilliant. I'd love to know how much we have collectivly lost sinse this thread started, not sure how we'd work that out though?
Couldn't get on yesterday, Tadpole no.1 accidentally downloaded a virus so we had to stay off before disaster struck! All fixed now though.
Right, as for my eating , it's pretty chaotic at the mo , but will try hard to get back to some sort of sensible eating by Mon , honest!:o

Morning all
frazzles  ..ooooh you are bad kittyscarlett.... i used to eat them until they made my tongue sore :rotfl: ..and what were those things called that were a similar texture to frazzles, but like little cheese pillows stuffed with a creamy cheese filling ? something like savoury cheese crunchies..oooh and i loved scampi n lemon fries...although they did stink to high heaven :rotfl: i will pass on eating choc and crisps together though. Im affraid i can't even stand to see bicciess dunked, or bread dipped in soup.... and when i was at work there seemed to be a craze of folks dipping their choc bars in their tea/coffee..._pale_
well its a lovely dry, crisp day here...but i can't see much walking getting done today....due to someone having huge blisters on her little piggies  ... i will learn one day..well perhaps
so today will be a fairly lazy one.... just need to knock a loaf together.. going to eat my weetabix whilst the yeast defrosts.. then get that done.... then heck knows what im going to do... may get cabin fever if i stay in all day :rotfl:
hubby is still in bed... he usually gets up at sily o'clock... but he will get up feeling worse because he has had a lie in  ....... mind he is golfing tomorrow..so will no doubt be up before the larks
Turbo_gran.. i will give line dancing a whirl one day..it probably won't be until we move back to the UK...but i like the sounds of it...
well i had better get off and get my weetxbix.. hope everyone has a good day... keep up the good work folks
woo hoo frogga...morning mrs..just got your pm-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Well I gained .5lb this week although I have been fairly good all week. However I think it may be because although I'm on my feet a bit in this new job I'm not really getting any exercise so once I'm sorted i shall have to start fitting some in in the evening or perhaps going for a walk at lunchtime.
Congratulations on the losses everyone.
Have a good weekend
Jue

Good Morning Everyone
I have been threatening to join in but kept finding excuses for a while, but here I am and will go and weigh in for the re-start in a mo - silly had a coffee first, but allowing time for recovery! lol
You are now given permission to nag me either on here, the OS, or PM, to keep me going and reporting. PLEASE! If you don't see a report each week, get into my ribs.
I know the answer is going to be exercise, but I am not a fan, and I would rather be doing other things with the time you have to spend dong it, its not going to be easy. Definitely will be walking, or maybe cycling, not a chance of me and a gym getting together.
Any suggestions for a real quick start for one week ready for DS's Graduation next Saturday?
