I think MrsM must be doing something right as she has lost EVERY single week!:T Also, if you are VERY intelligent you burn up alot of calories to brain power so that's why you think we seem to be eating too much, see it's obvious really piggy xx:rotfl:

Tomorrow we have savoury mince and mash for dinner..
spaggy bol for lunch and I'll be lucky if I manage a cuppa before I go out in the morning.

In view of the fact I normally stay up REALLY late could I be permitted to slip in a 'supper' about 10pm?? I normally go to bed after midnight.

To lunch could then be breakfast, dinner lunch and supper dinner...

I only ask because I've just scoffed half a bag of sunflower seeds! :D

    Horray the forums back! :j

Ok, well I didn't get far with clearing out the cellar. Went down there looked around and came back upstairs! It has been decided that we need to purchase some big plastic boxes and possibly some of those vac bags before tackling it otherwise we'll end up just taking everything out of bags then putting it back slightly neater. I did manage to tidy my room instead tho and do a big pile of washing up.

Today I did a 45 minute dance/aerobic workout and then a two hour driving lesson (not strictly exercise but nervous energy and all that!) Tomorrow I have the job centre (oh joy!) so will be walking to the bus stop (about half mile up hill) walking around town a bit, buying scales and then walking home from the bus stop. Plus the bus is such a tin can on wheels that its like a cheaper version of those vibrating toning belt thingys:rotfl:

Yesterday: Breakfast: Fruit and fibre with ss milk
Lunch: Couscous with pine nuts and pumpkin seeds
Tea: HM Tuna and pasta bake with mushrooms and spinach
Snacks: Can't remeber but not too many!

Today: Breakfast: Fruit and fibre with ss milk
Lunch: Two slices of w/meal toast with peanut butter
    Tea: Rice and meatballs
Snacks: Last two squares of HM flapjack, half a fruit salad chewy bar (oops) and a handful of prawn crackers.

Hope everyone whos feeling rotten feels better soon. I'm off to watch Ewan and Charlie (Long way down)

    Hey you lovely lot!

Last night, OH had 2 battered pieces of fish, rice and veg and I had 2 cod steaks with a 'light philadelphia and milk sauce', with loads of veg and rice. Yummy.

    Today:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, warm milk, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar (a'la Mrs M!).
Lunch: HM tomato, chili, red pepper and lentil soup, brown roll, yoghurt
    Snack: Japanese rice crackers, ricecakes
Dinner: HM Chili Con Carne (meat, but extra veg), w/ rice

Drinks: water, green tea, small diet coke tonight perhaps. Woo! xx

Well another day here. DH has just taken the Lo's to nursery, so I get 10 minutes peace before I go to work.

My weight seems to be a bit stuck at the moment - I seem to lose 2-3 kg, then it goes back up a bit and takes ages to come down again. I am blamming it on water retention.

Food - not doing too bad, but I am getting fed up of making salad to take to work - I quite like eating it, but can't be bothered to make it. oops, that's not very old style.

Problem on Friday - dress down day in work, and none of my jeans fit - the fat ones are too big - ok for at home, and the thin ones are still a bit tight. Don't wan't to buy anymore. I might wear a long denim skirt. No time to shop either.

For the last two years I seem to have had no clothes - I went from a 24-16 just before I got pregnant, and have been stuck as a fat 20 since. So I had 1 pair of size 20 jeans, and some strchy trousers.
Now I don't want to buy more until I am back to a 16 (but clothe sizes seem to be larger now - only 4 years)

    Good luck all
I had better be off to work - and goign to try and go for a run at lunch time, otherwise I don't tend to leave the office

    Morning ladies:T

Sneaking on early this morning as the boss is coming in late :D
Not bad last night I had a choc ice during the evening - I really needed something sweet but that did the trick!:j
Today I've had toast and marmalade for brekkie, I've bought a 3 bean wrap for lunch - not OS I know but I was too tired last night after picking OH up to make anything :o
Tea might be sweet potato stew and couscous or jacket with beans and cheese depending how starving I am when I get in :D
I've got my nibbly bits to keep me going through the day.

    Have a good day girls :A :A
  • Morning folks :)

No doubt by the time I finish writing/posting this another zillion of you will have sneaked in, so hello to you too :D

Thanks for all the good wishes all. I don't feel brilliant but don't feel horrendous this morning. Weekday 8hr working day today so hope I can get through it.

Well, that venison was fantastic - that's the most I've enjoyed eating anything in about a week !!! Delicious and tender ( due to being farmed - wild venison can be just as tasty but tougher ). I'm definitely going to be eating it more often ! I am having to run down my freezer over the next couple of weeks for a Butts Farm delivery ( http://thebuttsfarmshop.com/ ) and I am going to add some venison steaks to my order for sure ! it's naturally low in fat, even the farmed version is " free range " and definitely one of the meats I feel happier about eating.

Very cold but bright and sunny day - going to be a busy one workwise - again I am craving porridge but don't know if I'm going to get the chance to eat any, LOL. Have a good day all :)

Glad you are feeling a little better kittyscarlett :T ...oooh looked on that website  .... duck sausage sounds rather nice.. think after xmas i may have to have a bash at making some of those :shhh: ... i love venison sausages mmmm and venison is so low in cals, fat and cholesterol isn't it :j
That is something i miss here...a good butcher... there are probably some about but with my German not being THAT good i dread to thgink what i could come back with -:rotfl: .... we have been told about a slaughter house near by who has a shop open to the public on Saturdays..so after xmas we are thinking of having a look.... taking the german wife of one of hubbies mates with us of course ;)

I had porridge with sultana n apple for my lunch the other day :p ..have got a serious obsession with that and weetabix  ... still it could be worse i guess :D

hgbels... you WILL get that weight shifting.... its so annoying when you seem to stick for no particular reason isn't it!!
well done on getting down from a 24 though :T ..thats no small achievement!

Morning frogga -where ever you are :rotfl: ..... hope the weather is still being kind..

Well its official...im losing the plot... i put my weetabix to soak in the fridge whilst i made a cuppa(has to be a certain consistancy:o )... went for my walk -so thats 50 mins crossed of my list again:T .. made myself go and get 2 cartons of milk and 6 more apples...and it took me 50mins this time not an hour :D .. and it stayed lovely n dry..but god was it cold.. my snozzle nearly dropped off :rotfl: ..got home, went to put the milk in the fridge and my weetabix is still there  could have sworn i have eaten it :rotfl: .. so i will have that in a moment..yum yum

so thats 3 days runing where i have been out for my daily "walk" .. monday to friday i do it but sat/sun i don't.. mind you i do go bowling most weekends so thats a bit there i guess

I can't remember if i mentioned yesterday but i am now setting mini target dates..thanks to froggas idea about the xmas target....
so after my xmas target i have gone for:-
    1. valentines day -feb
    2. nieces bday - end of april
    3. hubbies bday - end of june
    4. anniversary - start of august
    5. dads bday start of november
    6. and that takes us right back to xmas ..
Hoping it won't take that long..but i figure its better to make sensible targets and hit them than make silly ones and get annoyed and wound up if i can't do it;)

Well i had better get off and get my brekkie and then give mum a ring...
Hope everyone has a good day..keep up the good work everyone :D
