Hope you weren't hurt Juliejim
Got my car back this afternoon :T it should pass it's MOT now but I am now a lot poorer having had to fork out for a new battery as well   - bang goes my new coat  that I was hoping to buy at weekend.
I had egg, SW chips and beans for tea with a slice of bread and butter. I'm really full so hopefully won't have anything else tonight and I can't have my glass of wine 'cos I've got to go out and pick OH up from work at whatever ridiculous time he decides to finish:rolleyes2 .
I've had lots of extra exercise today, on top of my usual hours walking I went to the gym at lunchtime and I've been doing a job which meant I was up and down between floors and at opposite ends of the building so lots of walking and I didn't use the lift at all *polishes halo* :j
Enjoy your evening ladies :A0 -
Pigpen
You have got to be kidding....
Cereal for brekkie, crispbreads or Hm soup for lunch and a proper home made evening meal hardly constituetes a lot...its not just how much you eat that matters but also "what you eat" that makes the difference... my HM meals/soups have no hidden nasties, sugar etc...
Today you have eaten corned beefhash with bread for lunch... and 7 fritters, fish portions and baked beans.. and 2 fox's which is more than i have had...
1 weetabix for brekkie
a bowl of hm veg n lentil soup and an apple for lunch
and roast chicken new pots , broccoli, cabbage, carrots, romanesco :rotfl:
all i know is that eating as i am doing has lost me 2st9lbs in 12 weeks.. so im sticking with what i know is working... not forgetting of course that i don't drink alcohol..which is full of "empty cals"...
Julielim...hope you are ok and the car hasn't suffered too much
rockie..well done on the extra exercise you have fitted in today :T-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Pigpen ~ MrsM is an amature, she eats nothing compared to me. Now if you need a lesson in how to eat a lot come and see me. I think MrsM must be doing something right as she has lost EVERY single week!:T Also, if you are VERY intelligent you burn up alot of calories to brain power so that's why you think we seem to be eating too much, see it's obvious really piggy xx:rotfl:Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Evening lovely people,
Haven't managed to get on for a few days due to the site being down and a general level of madness in my little world.
Today i have eaten:
Breakfast: Slimfast shake.
Dinner: Vegetable soup with a small homemade wholemeal roll. Mango for dessert.
Tea: Spag bol and a braburn apple.
Ate 2 ricecakes at about 3 and have managed to drink 2.5 litres of water!
Did 50 minutes on my bike this morning and walked to the supermarket and back with ankle weights on, they made such a difference and could really feel them working - mad thing is they weigh less then i've los tso far so was a good demonstration to me at how much difference even a small amount of weightloss makes to the stress your body is under with every day activities.
Hope everyone is happy and feeling well - and sending more *positive vibes* to all of you lovely people!0 -
Hello folks
Have been trying to get back up to speed with posts this morning but was hard work what with forum jiggery pokery so I had to give up in the end, sorry ! hope everyone is ok. Only just found out the site was down this morning anyway as have been sick as a dog last 3-4 days. Sadly I don't think it will have helped with the losing weight - as I haven't been eating much during it, its true, but what I have been eating has not exactly been wise food choices, plus haven't been able to do any exercise as even going downstairs to make a drink was a major exertion !
Did a little better today as managed to get on the bus to go to Waitrose, still haven't enjoyed anything I've eaten at all today though. Plan for dinner is venison steaks, baked potatoes and salad but unless I start feeling a bit less nauseous I think it'lll be just a baked spud ! still, sicky won't last forever" Baggy, and a bit loose at the seams.. "~ November 8th 2008. Now totally DEBT FREE !~0 -

Hello Frogga, MrsMC and everybody else,
Devastated that site was down again but so happy that its back
Today I have eaten:
B. Rasher, tomato, onions, 2 small slices brown bread, coffee;
L. Pint water, scrambled egg, small rasher, slice brown bread;
D. Roast stuffed porksteak, mountain stir-fried veg, 5 homemade wedges, slice chocolate sponge with strawberry jam, coffee
In between I had a small apple, going to have pear and maybe satsuma soon.
Frogga, you are, of course always welcome to visit but not sure that the poor oul bike would stand up to the journey well....I'm only 25k from Dublin but how far is Ipswich from Holyhead?? Leave it until you have a couple of days free as I'm feeling much better now.
Love to all

Hi Kittyscarlett
Hope you are feeling better soon.. don't worry about what you have been eating..when you are that poorly getting anything down is difficult, so if its not what you would like to have eaten..so what...you will soon be back at fighting fitness... take care of yourself
Hels_bells...
It's amazing how you don't think a pound or two is much when you lose it...and then when you try and drag it around with you it really makes you realise just what an achievement it is that you have lost it..well done on the exercise :T-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
