Today was quite a simple day. Had a toasted bagel for breakfast, jacket spud and fish cake for lunch. Cheese sarnie on wholemeal for tea and a bowl of fruit salad when I came home from work. Apart from the distinct lack of any veggies today, I think I've done alright. I am feeling a bit peckish now though as I've just finished sorting my room and I reckon I've used up all my energy, so it might be time to grab a slice of toast with marmalade.

    Hugs to all x

Todays been relativly good. Breakfast was a bowl of honey nut loops with ss milk, lunch four cream crackers with a little bit of marmite and dinner was HM sweet and sour pork stir fry and a scone with nothing on for pudding. I had two scones with jam when I came in from my driving lesson (which went much better than I thought it would) cos all that concentrarion had made me hungry!

If anyone wants those recipes I mentioned yesterday heres the links:

I'm not a big coffee fan so I replaced the espresso in the truffles with a shot of brandy. They're also really good if you roll them in cinnamon instead of coco, christmassy twist. Yummy!

Some of the pictures on the front would put you off your dinner and I washed my hands thououghly after moving them just incase! I will be moving "the menopause" later and then "sexually transmitted diseases". What fun my job is!

    Morning ladies... woo woo woopee

I have broken my usual habbit of losing a kilo...and have lost 4.5lbs instead:dance: .... note to self :- must walk more often :p
so that takes me to a loss of 2st 9lbs in 13 weeks :D and I have done my BMI again and after starting at 48.2 ..Im now exactly 42 which is still  ..but its moving in the right direction;) .... you see someone is being kind as they know i have lost a couple of weeks between now and my xmas target as we are going back to the UK early...
I now have 5 weeks left..and another 12lb to shift to hit my target of 3.5st before xmas... and it now seems much more "do-able" than before :D 1 kilo a week will mean 11lbs... so a teent tiny bit of extra effort and i should nab that last 1 lb..:j

well its weetabix for brekkie, I think 2 slices of HM bread, toasted with poached egg for lunch and corned beef hash n dumplings for dinner

Frogga...what would you do without me and my advice about the balacalava? "you would crash" :rotfl:
Well I hope the wind is behind you today..you will hurtle along, overtaking cars n allsorts :p

Alibow... going to have a look at those recipes in a moment.. a girl can never have too many recipes;)

:rotfl: that serrano ham was sooooo nearly in my trolley.. i must have looked like a stalker... wandering past - looking longingly at it..walking away, coming back and wandering past again :rotfl: .... I have looked for a price on them on the web and  ...you are looking at anything from £140-£390  .... the £140 was for 4.5kilo the one i was eying up was 7.5kilo :D ..for about £45 :p thing is you can just leave it sat in a nice dry place for yonks
I will get that recipe of my mum and post it later... she made one for a bonfire party....along with her yummy yummy ginger bread  and everyone went nuts over it... my brother wandered past eating it and it was his 3rd bit..he couldn't leave it alone..and it is freezable...
Im very disappointed with you ;) you actually LIKE tofu...eughhhh that has the same effect on me that "satans testicles" have on you..yes its "THAT" bad :rotfl:

Katkin.... will keep my fingers crossed for no rain where you are heading ;) im sure you will come back full of energy and all fired up...... even though you won't be able to "visit" us on here whilst you are away..you can imagine our voices in your head..telling you "you can do it".. and encouraging you every step of the way ;) we will be with you every step..if only in spirit (phew thats the easiest way to walk:rotfl: )
    Have a great time :D

well thats about it for now..will get off and get my brekkie and i will be back later to catch up on the other Weigh ins today..... fingers crossed for everyone ;)

have a great day everyone :T

Well, I do not know what today will bring as have our man wot does coming 10 am to assess various stuff, with any luck it will be things he can just get on with, knowing MY luck it will mean I have to incessantly bob up and down letting him in and out of places and answering questions ! I really do have to get out to the proper shops and no the corner co op, am running out of various essentials like rice cakes - eek - I went two days without celery in the house this week and that felt VERY strange !

So, tonight's dinner is tofu and satan's testicles stir fry...... :D ( yeah, right ! )

    have a good day all
