Had quite a good day yesterday even though we had Chinese for tea! I just had Chicken and Mushrooms no chips even though that is normally a requirement when we have Chines as i don't like rice! Today I've had 2 toast for brekkie, sandwiches for lunch as I did a picnic lunch for my 2 kids and friend's 3 and I'm going to my parents for tea and fireworks.
I've also had a banana and a small Twirl.
Hope everyone's having a good weekend

That's plenty GR, you need to eat little and often when you're breastfeeding and to make sure you drink plenty of fluid. I know you're old hat at it but just remember that although you don't need may extra calories you do need to keep your strength up and not get dehydrated.

can i join?
I need to get back to old style, did weight watchers core, which is very old style, but have since gotten into horrendous habits, and i need inspiration so the whole family can get back to healthy eating. Want to lose half a stone in time for christmas:o:rudolf:0 -
Well after a good start to being away and a 2 kg loss, I have now slipped and finding hard to find motivation to get going again, and need to keep it going for DS's graduation at the end of November
Biggest problem is I get fed up of creating two different lunches. DH is a sandwich nut, and I should have a slad, but its easier to have some bread with him:mad: . Not going really OOT no junk food, massive drinking, or plates of chips, but enough to bring me to a stop and start gaining. I also have to get through the journey home via France with all that gorgeous food on offer!
I need to get my will power out of the drawer!

evening losers, tryers and newbies all
Not much point in me posting about the last 48 hours eating, started off yesterday with a cheese scone and then M & S spinach pesto pasta salad for tea, and after that I got poorly for some reason - still feeling hot and spacey so some kind of minor bug I think. I'm ok ! eating fruit and a bit of cold meat and drinking lots. Hopefully will feel better by tomorrow - have read though all the newer posts but not got the energy to comment intelligently ( oi, whoever said " so that's no different from normal then " is heading for a smack bum)
Hope you all sleep well and will see you in the morning - nunight ! xx" Baggy, and a bit loose at the seams.. "~ November 8th 2008. Now totally DEBT FREE !~0 -
Oh dear, weigh in today 75 kilos
I know I've over done it this week with snacking, all the halloween sweeites sying around and then a retirement lunch at work with loads of homebaking.
Oh well better start againJust call me Nodwah the thread killer0 -
Morning All,
Not much happening here today. De frosted the freezer on Friday as I had let it get completely empty, then did a huge shop yesterday and filled it up again! Actually, that's a little bit of a fib, I didn't buy LOADS of food. Just enough to get to the big Christmas shop:T going to do some baking today for pack lunches, and make some cornish pasties and shepherds pies for Mr Frog.
If any of you are struggling a bit today , I would say , Don't go mad, have an easy day and really try to get back on track tomorrow. Sunday is a hard day to start being good sometimes. Don't go mad, just enjoy what you eat, and start a fresh a the beggining of a nice clean page on the diary :T
Hope you are all ok, any one seen Recoveringspendaholic? are you there?;)

I did quite well at my parents' house last night. I had lobby with only 1 small chunk of bread (instead of at least 4:o) and a chicken burger wrap followed by 2 small pieces of gingerbread (I love gingerbread - it could have been the plate:D)
Not sure what's on the menu today apart from a lamb dinner!
Hope everyone has a good day
