Guys, guys, guys, come on now:T
So some of us aren't doing too well at the moment? Where's the crime? Life sometimes takes over and if you have a poorly Tadpole it's far more important that you keep the calories up. We have our WHOLE LIVES to loose weight so the odd day/week/month off isn't the end of the world. We will all get there in the end, together xx
Wether you get back on track today, tomorrow , next week or next year we'll all get back on track eventually. For goodness sake people :Give yourselves a break!:grouphug:Right I'm off to work, there is a leaving do today and If I want to I'll have some cake. If I do have some cake I'll enjoy it. Because it was a piece of cake. That's it.Have a good day all, thinking of you especially this is it and Gingham xxxx
2 wheat biscuits and fruit for breakfast
A friend is making me lunch so I'll just watch the portion size and have whatever she's making.
Dinner will be lentil and veg soup with herb croutons
Snack: ONE Twink's hobnob.
Soup
1 mug of split peas, rinsed and soaked
2 mugs of red lentils
1 bunch spring onions
4 carrots plus tops
1 pak choi
1 large leek
2 large potatoes
Wash and chop the veg, cover it all with vegetable stock, simmer for an hour or so and blend.
Croutons:
Cut thickly sliced bread into rough inch sized cubes. Drizzle with olive or sunflower oil and sprinkle with dried herbs (I like parsley and thyme.) Make sure they are coated in the oil by turning a couple of times, then bake until crispy at about 180 degrees - about 10 to 15 minutes depending on size of croutons.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -

Hi Gingham, I'll use a smiley when I get to 9 1/2 st and not before!!;)
Yes, this thread is great, thanks for starting it and allowing us all to contribute xx
I've decieded on my Christmas target ~ to be 15st "something". i know that's not too hard a target , but I don't want to set myself something I can't achieve and then feel fed up. I've also decieded that next year is my year! I'll be 35 and that's about 1/2 way to being old I rekon ( hope that doesn't offend anyone!:o ) I will have been with Mr Frog for 20 years and we said we would go on a holiday with the Tadpoles to celebrate so I want to be nice and slim for that. We have never had a holiday, honestly, NEVER. The only time we went away together was on a school trip and I don't think that counts. The Tadpoles have never been away either so I'm really looking forward to it. So I'm just going to get to Christmas, have a week off and then really go for it next year:T
Have a good day all. xxxxSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Afternoon all - feeling rather festive today :xmastree:
Didn't get to post this morning as we went out early.... back to paderborn, and the place was open this time :T
Have come back laden down with:-
leberkuchen, stollen, stollen biscuits, marzipan covered in choc, chocolate, a box of toffifee, wine, gleuwein, and allsorts of other things - all for my hampers of course... and i will ignore them - they haven't bothered me at all so far:D ... they have gone into the spare bedroom. I have loads more to get, but they are gonna work out quite reasonable... when you can buy fullsize bottles of wine for about £1
... they are only for DB to turn into mulled wine, and hubby has tried it befor and its rather nice:p
I also got an organza table cloth/topper in a lovely burgundy colour that im going to use to line a basket -for 1euro :j , a bright pink embroidered organza cloth -2.5mX 1.5m for 1 euro :T and 2 lots of organza.... 3 m long each for 2.99euro... woohoo....
Have finally decided i am making:-
garden hamper for mum
german 1 for 1 brother n SIL, and 1 for SIS n BIL
a pamper hamper for other sis
a beer hamper for other bro
3 sweety/goody hampers for nieces n nephew oh and 1 for BIL too
that leaves hubby..who has had a golf trolley - but i need to think of some wrap up bits...
then DHs bro n SIL, and their little one....:p
Anyway... i left this morning having had no brekkie...just didn't fancy it, and when i got back i had 2 slices of HM bread with low fat cream cheese on
Dinner is going to be corned beef hash left over from yesterday
Nothing much happening here today... so i will get off
Hope everyone is having a good day-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Okay, I've decided to set myself a Christmas target of 4lbs weightloss. I cling to it when I'm breastfeeding but it should give me an incentive to at least not gain anything!
It was pasta in cheese sauce for lunch and it was delicious but I had one small (for me) portion and I turned down seconds and flapjack. :A
I feel pretty positive about this for the first time in a while.
And to quote Art Brut, 'I know I can, I know I can, I know I can, I know I can...'May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
