Well i faced the scales this morning and had the gain i was expecting i'm not going to say what i'v gained because i'm to embarrassed plus it'l probably start off crying again oh well i new what id done or should i say eaten so heres for a better week next week.
I will do this i just need to keep saying it to myself more often.0 -

I'm right there with you, this is it.
The baby is poorly so I'm breastfeeding a lot and I'm just ravenous all the time, I'm run off my feet so have that constant stressed out and want chocolate feeling and I've got into a terrible habit of having a snack at bedtime. It's just not happening for me.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -

So some of us aren't doing too well at the moment? Where's the crime? Life sometimes takes over and if you have a poorly Tadpole it's far more important that you keep the calories up. We have our WHOLE LIVES to loose weight so the odd day/week/month off isn't the end of the world. We will all get there in the end, together xx
Wether you get back on track today, tomorrow , next week or next year we'll all get back on track eventually. Huge hug to this is it - cmon don't worry, its a gain in weight not the sky falling init doesn't make you a failure. There is no " I can do it " because you ARE doing it, you're here talking to us and thinking about it, the thing is NOT to get stressed about it. Its all swings and roundabouts - I'm not overly pleased with some of my food choices this week but other things I am - it all balances out in the end
Now go and look at the mirror, shrug your shoulders and go " Ah b*llocks I gained a bit of weight this week, c'est la vie " , start afresh, and come in here if you're feeling rubbish
