taplady and others - can "ditto" that remark about losing weight of the boobs! it seems to drop off there first doesnt it instead of the belly or bum!! still smaller boobs dont hurt half as much if you go for a jog!!:D
Well done Frogga and to everyone else:T :T :T0 -
well done to all the losers
well done frogga you've done really well this month.
I've lost 1lb since Monday, 16st7lb now, will try to avoid the scales now till 1st December. Going back to the gym tomorrow, spent this afternoon in casualty with my 2 year old so didn't get, typically today was supposed to be my start back but will go tomorrow and 1 day wont hurt
good luck all0 -

evening all
Just thought i'd pop on before i veg out for the night...
Rockie... hope you came home with lots of lovely yummy healthy stuff..
Elaine.. hope you got a menu plan sorted... i am finding it makes life so much easier, and there is only me n hubby to see to..and hubby eats what is put in front of him;)
well done on the loss shez :T
debtfree..well done to you too :j , hope your little one is OK now...
Sorry you are feeling down Kyle... its so dificult to focus on eating healthy when you are "fed up" isn't it.... but just think how well you are doing.. hope you feel better soon
well for dinner i had a piece of HM steak n mushroom pie with steamed swede, carrots, Kholrabi and the tops too mmmmm...
so did hubby, but he is just about to finish demolishing a large bag of chip sticks, after the large bag of cheese puffs he destroyed earlier  .... i don't know what is wrong with him at the moment.. he is eating more "snacks" that he usually does
its weigh day in the morning, may be late posting the result as hubby is going golfing in the morning, so im going along for the walk... we are leaving here at 6:30am  -which will be 5:30am your time..so i don't think i will even manage to get my spoon in my mouth at that hour let alone control a PC:rotfl:
well i hope you are all having a good evening and keeping those xmas targets in sight :T-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Shez and debtfreehopeful, grats on the losses ! and wishing you well for your weigh in at the wekend, madsmum
kyle, maybe have some fruit and veg as snacks if you're getting the urge to raven the kitchen ?
Elaine, hope the meal plan is going ok. I wasn't joking about the baked spuds by the way - good way to do it if you have a family to feed is bake larger quantities of smaller potatoes and have a baked spud night with a variety of toppings out on the table and have everyone help themselves to what they'd like - good way of using up lots of odds and ends from the fridge etc too( hubby can even have curry on his if he likes, LOL ! ) If you do a trayful or two of meditarrenean roast veg then the leftovers can also be converted easily to ratatouille the next day with some tinned toms or passata and extra herbs. Just because its winter doesn't mean you can't have colour and variety on your diet
MrsM hope you enjoy your golfing walk, better than being a golfing widow
and good luck for weigh in tomorrow also
Well, things I'm not happy with about today - due to work annoyances i.e. stupid damn contractor turning up late, was not able to eat until just before 3pm ( thats on top of no brekker either, sigh ) so by then I'd lost the will to prepare anything so, *kicks self* shop sandwich, crisps, pepsi max, chocolate bar... also dodgy tum due to not managing to stay off the above for the last couple of days.
Good things : didn't nap, did about an hour and a half of housework here and there inc. a lot of up and down stairs, made lovely dinner - organic free range chicken breasts cooked in a little bit of garlic oil in the oven, peas, baked tomatoes, potatoes mashed with total 0% fat greek yoghurt ( delish ! ) and peaches in sugar free jelly for afters, I really enjoyed all of it. Also was supposed to be hauling ar*e up to head office for a meeting tomorrow but it got cancelled at the last minute - was slightly cross at first then thought to hell with it, no one is going to be expecting me on duty tomorrow so told them I will be using TOIL and I'm just going to head off out somewhere... ANYWHERE... for the day ! yipee. Walking shoes on tomorrow I feel !" Baggy, and a bit loose at the seams.. "~ November 8th 2008. Now totally DEBT FREE !~0 -
I will be on a 'forced starvation diet' this week. I had dental surgery and can only eat very soft cold or lukewarm foods which severely limits my choices.
Last time I had something like this done, I lost a stone in a week which seemed like a great thing at the time until I started eating normally again and it all went back on!0 -
Morning all
Yes.... i know - i shouldn't be here... i should be trundling...hmm , i mean bounding round the golf course - but you haven't seen the weather here... very dark, miserable and rainy out there.. hubby suggested i stay in bed as he knows i won't use a bumberseen..sorry i mean umbrella... i got up anyway - well the scales were calling.. so hubby has gone golfing...stark raving mad im sure;) .. and im here with you lovely lot
mmmm me thinks i have the best deal :shhh:
Anyway i can report a 1 kilo loss again...i am liking this regular 1 kilo thing:grinheart
and i have checked my BMI it started at 48.4  and is now 42.8..which is still:eek: ..but at least its heading in the right direction.. I only have to lose another 46.9kilo to become "Ideal" in my BMI :rotfl:
so that takes me to 2st 4.5lb :j ..and on track for my :xmastree: target.. 4.5lb gone another 16.5lb to shift ....
Well its corned beef hash n dumplings for dinner  ...and this weather its going to be needed... will get that under way at lunch time.... its one of my faves
I have realised that im gonna just squeeze in my weigh day on the 14th dec and then i will not get to weigh again until the 4th jan  .well im not using different scales....arghhhh and that takes 1 week of my xmas target too...eeeekkk... must exercise more...frantically pulling in tummy muscles whilst typing :rotfl: well i would if i could find them:p
Kittyscarlett... hope you have a lovely relaxing day out...
Floyd... hope you are feeling better soon..tooth ache eeekkk! im at the dentist on the 8th and then again on the 25th.... perhaps that will help me make up for that extra week im gonna miss from my xmas target :rotfl:
Morning frogga... hope all is well, have you decided your xmas target ?
Well folks i will get off now and get something done...hope we all have a great day...keep up the good work all - and keep thinking about that xmas target-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
