    morning all!

MRSM - you're right, cakes do seem to follow me around!:D had a cake free day yesterday and Monday, aiming for another today!

Frogga - good luck tomorrow - make sure you go to the toilet before weighing( a good bowel movement must weigh pounds!:D )

Am off to work soon, got 2 meals to have at work today, its chicken pie tonight so will have some of that with veggies and a small portion of mash, am taking my own lunch I think which is cheese and chutney sandwhich and soup, small slices of oaty brown bread. Had muesli for brekky with a banana and will have a yoghurt tonight for pud.
Am pleased that I have resisted biscuits and chocolate for over a week now!:j am sure I have lost this week but cant make the SW weigh-in tonight as I'm at work.According to my scales I've lost so I'm pleased, not far to go now then its the harder battle of maintaining it!

have a great day, maybe catch up tonight after work xxx
    Do what you love :happyhear
  • MrsM, could you not offer to provide a mobile soup/hot drinks service to the poor cold starving lads ? :D could be a nice little earner, and just think of their grateful little faces, LOL. of course you couldn't do much about the ablutions unless you give 'em wet wipes ;)

Hello you gorgeous lot... have offline for a couple of days but back now. Hurrah! Was relatively controlled at the w/e, but also did some home baking (gingerbread and cupcakes) and have had a little bit of nibbling... am expecting to have maintained my loss this week rather than loosing anymore.

    Today:
Breakfast: 1/2 tin of baked beans on a small roll
Lunch: leftover rice and veggies from last night, low fat yoghurt
Dinner: HM Spaghetti Bolognaise w/ wholewheat pasta

May pop to Julian Graves as have no nuts or anything at home to nibble on, but am very very skint :( x

    Hello again
I did miss you lot a lot :A
Can't say I've been good as I haven't! don't know why but I've felt really fed up and miserable the last few days

Anyway, I still feel tired and fed up but I'll make a superhuman effort today, I did have 3 slices of toast and marmalade for brekkie - oops!
Lunch - I'll have to go to the refectory and see if they have anything remotely healthy and Tea might be veggie sausage and mash or pipperade (peppers, onion and eggs) with potato wedges.......whichever I have OH will have the other when he gets in from work.

Have a good day ladies, well done to those who've lost and good luck to those who weigh in tomorrow! :T :T

    Hi all

I have been busy so havent been able to post lately. Well I have continued with eating sensibly and so far have lost 8lb in total. I am so pleased as its been so easy. I havent denied myself anything at all.

I used to find that the evenings were my worst times but most of the time now I dont even think about eating then.

The weight loss isnt noticeable yet but I am feeling so much better about myself. I have decided to turn around who I am. I have had my hair cut and when my little boy goes to school in January I am going to find something to volunteer for.

Hello every-one. Just popping in to say i got weighed and have lost 2 1/2 lbs this week. I am pleased with that as its not a restrictive eating plan. Will pop back later and read the posts properly. Have a good day every-one.

    Hi all

Not doing too bad today (we won't talk about the weekend though).

Breakfast - 1 slice of ham on toast

Snack - 1 nutrigrain and a few grapes

Lunch - WW meal I had in the freezer!

    Tea - I haven't got a clue!

Did okay yesterday until hubby decided he would go to the chip shop for tea. Mind you I only had a few chips and some beans so it could have been a lot worse!

    Hope everyone's ok
