Morning folks ! Yipeee , we're back indeed :T!! I have missed you all
I fell off the wagon badly at the weekend and whilst I could try and blame lack of MSE for that, I would be fibbing to meself. Its was mostly due to TOTM ( not so much cravings but the fact I feel bloated, nauseous and wiped out all the time, so I think, oh what the hell I feel like cr*p already, lets eat rubbish ) Mornings and lunchtime were ok, and even evenings - it was the late afternoons that were the bad spot - there was a 5 pack of Galaxy cake bars incident Saturday and a 3 packets of crisps one on SundayO well.
So not really very pleased with myself for falling back into old ways ( which include avoiding the washing up and therefore cooking ) but, today is another dayI don't have any concrete plans apart from hopping into the bath shortly and then getting my backside out into the fresh air, but there's worse plans than that

Hello :Hello:
How very rude of them to interupt our thread! I've been pretty bad this weekend as a result of not having to fess up to you lot (and a bit of a domestic).
I've really missed it :grouphug:
Despite being (fairly) bad at the weekend I'm 3lbs lighter than last week which has really spurred me on this morn..
Today is
B:Museli
L:Tuna pasta
D:Fresh spaghetti (reduced to 5p!) and something.
snax:I've brought a couple of crumpets to work but I'll try to resist.
Well done everyone who made it through the weekend sane, I'm really looking forward to reading all of your exploits this morning.
and well done MSE! :T :money:0 -

Morning all. Glad it's all back again
Had a slight slip up with leibkuchen (german gingerbread biscuits) and miniature heroes (present from the in-laws) but can still report a 3lb loss this week
That makes my BMI 24.6 instead of my starting BMI of 27.6
Still got a bit more to get rid of before I can fit into the rest of my clothes though
Got my slow cooker now!!! Just need to clean it before I can use it. Had a panic up when the site was down - all those slow cooker recipes and tips I couldn't get to - let alone if I needed to ask a question  So relieved it's all back
Also have heating fixed now too so the flat is toastie warmworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Hi there RoxieW and welcome on board :T
We are a right old mish mash.... I weigh every friday, along with several others, some weigh on other days, some monthly and some not at all - they go by how their clothes fit etc:D
Just jump in and decide which you think will be best for you... hopefully you will find this thread as usefull as the rest of us.... you can imagine the panic whilst the site has been down over the weekend
We are all eating in different ways too... but mainly we are trying to eat as much as we can - cooked from scratch, and saving money at the same timetoo
I personally have gone back to the good old meals like, liver casserole, cornedbeef hash, steak pie, roast dinners etc..all HM and in much smaller portions than my piggy self used to eat:p .... and have reprogrammed myself to realise that this isn't a DIET .. its the way i will be eating for the rest of my life - and not only is it working, but its easy too...
Hope you love it on here... we are a happy and helpfull little bunch... if you need any help - just ask -im sure you will get loads of it
Newlywed - woohoo...way to go with the loss:T ... and the panic is over now.. we are all back..phewwww:D
Pigpen...quick get a new battery :rotfl:
