Hmmm looking at that portion, I think I may have think about cutting down on my 50g of jumbo porridge oats that the packet suggests. :undecided
this is the size on my SW diet but it really isn't enough which is why I had the toast!:D I'm swapping now to normal oats, soaking them over night and upping the portion a bit, I think this will be a bit more filling!Do what you love :happyhear0 -

Good morning every-one, I hope you arent feeling as carp as me today. I know I am going to struggle with the healthy eating but i guess not every day can be easy or i wouldnt be here weighing what i weigh today. Also, its a test to see how i cope with the usual stresses and strains of life. Usually i would think bu**er it and eat my way out.I need to get through today without trashing the `diet` so hopefully will eat......Breakfast-2 weetabix and a banana,(Already eaten) lunch -homemade soup, bread roll or crackers and fruit. Dinner/Tea- stir fry chicken with veg and a yoghurt after. I will go to bed early if i have to. Might pop back later just for the support. Sorry this post is a selfish one,Just needed to write it down. Have a good day every-one.“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.
