  • Hi all

Had a really !!!!!! day today but did not overeat so hey that's good! :-)

Breakie Weetabix, semi skimmed milk and pretend sugar.
Lunch Muffin (horrid and dry but I was starving)
Dinner Pasta and sauce with low fat cheese.

Listened to my body when eating pasta - this is a huge breakthrough! I'm terrible for seconds (and thirds).

Keep up the good work all.

  • Hi again Girls and boys?
well tonight i think I am going to go mad and blow the diet,my son no1 has invited me out for a belated birthday meal and as he is notorious for having long pockets and short arms(tight fisted)I am going to make the most of the opportunity,so bring it on because I'm going to eat it!!
I,ve done well today otherwise, fruit for b/fast,home made soup for lunch and a couple of hours line dancing to burn off a bit more.
MrsMc you put me to shame with all your housework, you should be as lean as a racing snake !!
Well I,m going to get ready now and sharpen my knife & fork ready for the feast.Mmmmmmm:D

Hello again, just thought i would pop in and write down what i have had today. Breakfast after my weekly weigh in was weetabix and skimmed milk with a banana, Lunch was my home-made soup which is made with lots of non carb veg.Half a jacket potato (shared with my dear daughter) I couldnt even attempt to lose weight if i didnt have this in. Dinner was meat free mince which i got from Asda, 2 packs for £3 which i think is excellent value and will feed the family two meals.I made a bolgnese with this and also had wholemeal pasta. Could do with a recipe for a not too fattening cake that i could have with my family.Have been buying ww cakes but as this is an old style weight loss thread i thought i should make more effort. Any-one got any recipes??
