    I've been thinking...................................................

It's exactly 9 weeks today before Christmas Eve. It's a family tradition that we have our "once a yearly" takeaway on Christmas Eve, as the cook ( me ) has so much cooking to do on the day.

I am going to try REALLY hard to keep on track for the next 9 weeks. Then I'll enjoy the takeaway and the food on Christmas Day and in the week following and then get back on track on New Years Day.

In the New Year I shall make it a New Years Resolution NOT to binge again. It's OK to over eat a bit , but NOT huge binging:T

I like to have a goal to work towards , you know me!:rotfl:

So, day one of the next 9 weeks today. If any of you fancy joining in this "mini challenge" then come on , what are you waiting for?

Let's call it "The Countdown to Christmas Challenge" Imagin how much we could loose in the next 9 weeks?:T

  • Hi all

    Can I join too please?

I successfully lost a stone a WW but feel it coming back on  I don't seem to have the will like I used to. I'm really putting such alot of rubbish in my mouth. For example today I have had 4 slices of toast with an inch thick of butter and jam and for lunch (looks down in shame) a box of Fingers  and to top it all last night we had take away Greek. :o

What inspired you all? By the way your doing great, well done:T

Read through the rest of the thread (if you have a day to spare at any time!) and you'll soon see what an inspirational bunch they are on here.

Why not join in the Christmas challenge?

    Good Luck xx
