I have beef as well. Cauli, broccoli, carrots, roast pots and maybe I'll braise some red cabbage. Probably do enough to last a week:rotfl:
My have lots of cheese and biscuits after.Cheese is my downfall!
My daughters and grandchildren live down south and I'm afraid the journey seems to get longer every year.:(
Hope every one has a lovely day what ever you are doing.

Thank you for the lovely Christmas wishes mothernerd
My Christmases are definitely getting quieter. I've just been for my annual meal with my best friend but I will spend tonight and tomorrow night at home alone but will go to my sister's for Christmas lunch. Boxing Day will be spent at home. Part of me is looking forward to being able to do what I like but I do miss big family Christmases.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Merry Christmas everyone! Had a lovely (but very spendy day yesterday), got the food shop, met some friends at the Christmas market for a mulled cider and then made mince pies and sausage rolls and iced the cake. Today will be very relaxing, just the two of us and OH does the cooking
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Merry Christmas to my wonderful, like-minded turtles. :xmassmile
Santa has been very generous except for my sleep. I've had less than 4 hours and am just on my way back to bed for the moment.
Misstara - thanks in advance for January. I will definitely need it - I feel as though December has been frivolous. Not giving up
