Morning all :hello:
Struggling with nsd's. Not spending frivolously, but needing to buy stuff most days like milk, bread etc and paying for little things like vets and hair appointments. Today I'm off to the butchers to get the meat for over the hols. We'll have poultry of some sort on Sunday at my mam's house so I'm going to get beef and pork for us. Other than that it should be a nsd today. My shopping is all done and finished and the only things I still need to do are to complete 1 blanket and present wrapping. Cards posted, big bits of cleaning done and I've even caught up on the washing for the time being. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Toni's friend - you are so right lifes too short to stress out and glad leak is sorted out before xmas.:)
Laughing at you lot with the worlds strongest man, doesn't seem five minutes since last year you were getting hyped up about it.:D
I didn't post yesterday, mad busy day and counting it as a SFD. Had a meal out but my bosses had given me cash to treat me and someone for dinner. So not counting it as a spendy day and I still have cash left over.:D:D
Have iced my xmas cake so let the festivities begin. :THowever I wasted 3 eggs couldn't seperate yolks no matter how hard I tried - think they were too fresh. Luckily had another box So scrambled eggs for brekkie today and more tomorrow:D
No idea where I am up to with food budgets, or SFD. Totally lost but I bet I am only one with a near empty freezer. Haven't spent on food hardly lately. Have 40 sainsbobs vouchers so may buy joint or 2 there. Waiting for sprouts to become half price.:p
Paid off 300 pounds off my debts yesterday and another 50 pounds today. :T:T
Fmess - glad your roof is fixed.:)
Hope everyone has a fun filled Christmas. Will still be popping on here still but in case you are all busy with your families.

Calling14 Not the only one! Just defrosted my freezer and done an audit. My spreadsheet was almost perfect - just a couple of soups I'd obviously forgotten to take off the list, and some YS chicken livers I hadn't put on it.
2 empty baskets, and one only full of stuff I'll be taking north tomorrow.
This will all change when my MF delivery arrives this pm. 5kg Chicken breasts and assorted other things to prep and freeze. At £10 for 2.5kg offer I really couldn't resist.
Minimal NSD's, but I'm past caring. I'm just battening down the hatches to start 2017 strong.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -

Calling well done on paying off so much!
Ok I will out myself and say I don't see the attraction of watching World's Strongest man. I also hate Wimbledon, Football matches and cricket....if I'm not playing in it or watching someone I know play, it just doesn't take my attention. You can all cross me off your Xmas card list now" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Okay so I have to confess, I won't be able to hit my NSD target for December. I'm still stubbornly stuck on 8, have 2 known spend days coming up so I don't have enough days to get another 7 NSD's... So I think I'll have to bow out but I'll still try and keep my spends down, and will be back to try again in January!! Merry Christmas all!0
-
Lcc - don't bow out due to not meeting a target, please stay. How have you done with the other parts of the challenge? Have you achieved more NSD than usual? December can be v tricky. What have you learned about you spending habits, planning ability?NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

Loc I seem to be stuck too but don't give up. I'm sure
You are doing well in other ways.
Bob I also have to confess that I dislike all that and any kind of reality TV but I guess it takes all kinds. Wouldn't do if we were all the same.
Just plodding along here.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0
