... nothing. Every week begins with a treat otherwise there'd be no fun in dieting for a week. :o

Thats what I do too. My wi is on a Monday morning, so Monday night I have a chinese, and a few glasses of wine. Then my new week starts on a Tues :)

  • Alright, this is the perfect opportunity to adjust some things about the chart.

I don't see any reason to change the format of the chart. It's worked so well for so long it's really not necessary - Lois did such a wonderful job there's really very little to it.

What I do want to suggest is clearing it up a bit. It's terribly long. So, if you want to stay on the chart, please let me know. I realise that I'm asking you to pm me again but I want to clear some of the older names off. Obviously I'll keep bails, retiredlady, honey, target members and anyone who's signed up for the monthly challenge until at least the end of the current monthly challenge.

Suggs and Victory have you come to an agreement of how you want your targets to look? It's fairly easy to have them different - Suggs if you'd prefer to see a plus or minus target figure, I'm happy to do that. Victory, I know you want to see your total loss, but can you set yourself a total loss goal so that I can put you on as plus or minus that figure for your maintenance.

Sheesh - this probably sounds really bossy.

Petrichor in answer to your question in LW14. I did sign on to the LW thread around LW 7 I think, but fell away from it all quite badly. Came back to the fold around May this year I think.

Thanks in advance for your advice guys.

No one has mentioned it recently so not sure whether we are doing it or not...

Delly my loss in total is 76, yes lost 3lb this week which is right but in the total loss should be 76?;)

petrichor we go to the boot fair every single sunday and nearly cry if it is raining and we cannot go:rotfl: :rotfl: I get bag full of clothes for £2/£3 each and he knows me now so he just calls it £10 and last week I had 5 pairs of jeans, 3 tops, 2 jumpers and 1 skirt!!! The last lot I took to Spain, I left it behind for my mother to enjoy as she wears them daily in that heat and for the price I paid for them it is no real loss;)

vickyj it's ok. I'll update the chart now and your loss will show up on next week's chart. Is that ok?

Well done on the 2lbs off !

I am afraid I don't understand the above so will just say thank you very much, much appreciated your time and trouble doing the chart and I will go along with whatever suggs says is best , yes I would like to see my total loss other than that whatever as you are the one doing the work so whatever is easiest for you, thank you:D
