... unless it's changed very recently, you do have to have both of the two Bs, but can have one or two As. I used to use Bs on Weetabix, Hi-Fi bars, Ryvita Minis, Ryvita breaks, Warburtons Organic wholemeal bread, and Nimble (but when Nimble got regraded from 3 allowed slices to 2, that was the end of that).katiepoppycat wrote: »Something just for ajax . . . . and the ladies can drool at the dress!

Thanks for including me in the chart and for the recommendation of Fitday.com. It is fantastic. It is exactly what I need as I am not going to follow a diet regime but focus on healthy eating choices and some exercise.
As I have a terrible cardiac history and am newly diabetic this should be a 'no brainer' but somehow I have fallen off the looking after myself wagon.....big time. The diary will ensure that I can see and compute what I have done to look after my wellbeing everyday.0 -

.....good grief, have you no shame, woman?
Can't help think of the Bryan twins as the Chuckle Brothers now... "To me, to you....." :rotfl: :rotfl: . I wish I knew what you looked like to make that thought more vivid

...and that's what it's all about really isn't it spirit? Diets are for fools - lifeplans are for winners

Nigel Blackwell, lyricist and frontman of Half Man, Half Biscuit. Thought it looked a bit cheeky to quote lyrics and not credit them after seeing Lois do it

Lois, kpc and ajaxgeezer, thank you for your replies

I shall have to make more effort to include them I think. I'm on a very strict budget so trying really hard not to get into the habit of buying anything especially for the diet, if you see what I mean! I've not tried ryvita mini's or hifi bars, but they might be quite good to take to work and have for elevenses. I also really love seeds, nuts and dried fruit so perhaps could make up some mini bags of these for an evening snack
