Good Morning all!
Been a couple of days since I read the thread and now you're already 3 pages into a new one!
Thanks for adding me to the chart dellybelly, I was very excited to see my name on there!! Congrats to all who lost this week, and good luck to everyone for the next week
I've got a horrible feeling I'm not going to do very well next week, after such a flying start. Been reasonably well behaved, but had a bit of a blip on Wednesday night and consumed more or less a whole bottle of wine  I really enjoyed it though
Does anybody on SW have trouble eating their Healthy Extras? I rarely manage more than 1 'a' and 1 'b' per day, mainly because I'm not big on dairy products. I just tend to have milk for coffee and and maybe a couple of ryvitas spread with syn fee something or other for an evening snack.

I am afraid I don't understand the above so will just say thank you very much, much appreciated your time and trouble doing the chart and I will go along with whatever suggs says is best , yes I would like to see my total loss other than that whatever as you are the one doing the work so whatever is easiest for you, thank you:D
I second that!!
I think the options were
Suggs gets a + or - figure
Victory get a total loss figure
But following the KISS method (Keep it Simple) I would go for a total loss, as per the main chart.

Hi guys.
Despite having a rubbish emotional week I have managed to be good and not pig out.
I have baked the WW carrot cake muffins but instead of 12 muffins made them into 24 cakes so that they are only 1.5 rather than 3 points, Have kept few in a tin and frozen the rest, so have a nice treat for later!
Hope you all have a good day.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -
Had a strange thing happen last night. I actually felt hungry!!
Normally I graze continuously so never get to the stage where I feel hungry. With food so readily available everywhere it relly must have been years since I last heard my stomach rumble that was not caused by eating too much.
Stuck to proper meals yesterday and healthy fruit to snack on and am feeling optomistic for the coming weekend. Hope everyone has a good one!Looking for the sunshine after the rain

Morning all
Definitely on the mend now, although still sticking to the [strike]bland[/strike] [strike]boring[/strike] light diet, although I did have a small glass of red wine last night (it's good for you!). And my weight has stabilised too, which means I've put on 7lbs since Wednesday  - I know, it's all fluid..!
Going to friends for dinner tonight, and I've decided to drive and only drink water.
Well done to everyone for their results this week - gosh it feels weird saying that and not having the chart to post! Thanks Delly - please keep me on the chart, the new slim[strike]mer[/strike] me starts here. And you can be as bossy as you like!
Feisty - the chart is correct for your weight loss - minus figures show a loss, positive figures show a gain. Has your SW consultant gone through food diaries with you to check that you're doing things right?
a1969baby - I always had the opposite problem to you, the Healthy Extras were never enough! The SW plan has been fully thought through, and you need to include the HEs in your diet to ensure you're getting enough essential nutrients. There are lots of B options to choose from that you may not have considered, i.e. nuts, dried fruit, olive oil, soups, Hifi bars, as well as the obvious bread, breakfast cereals etc, so you should be able to find something. If you're not keen on milk and cheese it could be difficult to use A's but you need to make sure you get enough calcium.
Have a good day everyone.

a1969, I sometimes struggle with HEs too. You don't have to have 2 of each but it dioes keep you healthy. I struggled at first but I've got into the habit of having them now - for HEAs try keeping some babybels in you can have 2, or 3 of the light ones. There's also laughing cow which makes a yummy late night snack with ryvita. Or cheese on toast is one of my favourite ways of using them up. for B's try the ryvita minis they are really tasty!
