Opps sorry Pet, I must have missed it!

Which chicken dish are we talking about??? As the HL range is both frozen and fresh?

:grouphug: Hey petrichor: I'm really sorry you are upset. I think your fab (and I had the impression everyone else did too). You have done brilliantly and continue to inspire and entertain and support so wonderfully.
Of course you haven't achieved so much by eating rubbish.

First off 123 how tall are you? and you should NEVER drop below 1000 kcals a day! I did (due to a muck up with the Docs) and my metabolism is all over the show now!

  NO WAY!!! You must have been looking at a different one, the one I get is 275 calories, I'm 100% positive...Here is a link to prove it which shows :-

Amount per Serving - Calories 275, Total Fat 7g - Saturated Fat 1.8, Monounsaturated Fat 2.8g, Polyunsaturated Fat 2.5g; Total Carbohydrate 13.3g Dietary Fiber 0g Protein 38.9g. *

...I too have reached my target, a fact which seems to be ignored here, and I certainly didn't do it by having meals of 450 cals either. I don't like being called a liar...

...I don't pretend to be brilliant at slimming and only try and help people from my own experience, but I can't understand what it is that I've done to a tiny few, to warrant some of the comments from that have been directed at me these past few weeks    ...

    * I'll try and find a picture of it and post it here as further proof... EDIT As would be my luck at the moment, I can find pics of everything except the sizzler concerned, if it's been discontinued it'll only prove that even Tesco has it in for me

I absolutely without question have never insuniated you are a liar or would for one single instant suggest that you are....

I went to Tesco yesterday, went to their Healthy living section and found the chicken section, there it was over 450 calories and very high in fat and salt so left it and decided on 3 others which were much lower in salt, sugar, fats and calories.

    I chose Tesco Healthy living chicken and gravy pie 335 cal, 2.0 sugar,fat 6.3, sat 2.6 and salt 1.9.....chicken lasagna 388 cal, 2g sugar 7.2fat,sat 1.6,sakt 1.6g,...chicken breats in a creamy mushroom and madeira sauce 350 cal,3.4g sugar,fat 3.1,sat 1.5g salt 0.6g

That is it, nothing more or less.

    afternoon all.

ever had one of those weeks where you just can't get it together? I'm all over the place, runing round trying to fix my heating, and the washer, and collect things from people and drop things off and do the gardening and tackle the 'things to do list and I feel all rubbish and got a cold and i'm bankrupting myself buying my own crisps - BB I have a small business and crisps are one of the things i sell. I'm forcing myself to buy them so at least I'm making money whilst I'm gaining weight if you see what I mean. I'm stretched so thin lately i think it's starting to get to me! I've trashed day one today but I am going to do my damndest to be back on track tomorrow and not go crazy for the rest of the day. Funny, I've been running the business for 3 months and the crisps haven't bothered me up until now - must be the hassle of the moment. Would you believe that I've called the local plumber twice and he just keeps telling me he's too busy to even come and look, then can't recommend me someone else?! Does anyone have any experience with these homecare jobby-things - any good? Help!

Oh Petrichor .... I don't want to be forward as I'm still relatively new but :kisses3:

You are one of the people on this thread who are inspiring me to stick to eating healthily. I'm so sorry you're upset. I can't imagine that anyone on this thread would do that intentionally. Sometimes written messages don't come over the way we intend them to.

I think Tesco has probably got it in for all of us .... the BOGOFs are almost always things I shouldn't eat but would like to! :(
