    Delly~sorry Im lost as usual!
    Whats happening next Saturday?
It's ok beanielou - I'm going into hospital for a cholesystectomy (gall bladder removal) next saturday. I should be back home on Sunday but theres a 2 week recovery. Since I got the date from the consultant I haven't been able to think of much else. That's why efrieze is taking over the chart for the next couple of weeks. I don't want to disappoint if I'm not well enough to keep it up to date.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

If you report in your results by mid evening (9pm ish) on Wednesday, I should be able to include it on this week's chart...that ok?

Hope all goes well Delly. Enjoy your 2 week recovery - what a nice rest lets hope it's pain free for you.

I was looking at the SW website the other day and noticed a recipe for egg fried rice. Now I love egg fried rice and enjoy green days however when I went back to look I couldn't find it at all, does anyone have it??
I cooked the vegetable chilli recipe on the 7 day menu planner - it was nice but a little thin on taste does anyone have a recipe for this? Neither are in the archive (well I can't see them anyhow)
    Thanks guys
  • evening all!

been a busy weekend and haven't bee nconnected at all. Have been a very bad girl and am running along behind the wagin trying to get back on. Day one for me tomorrow! But on the plus side I walked miles and miles around york yesterday and have done a phenomenal amount of digging in the back garden which included laying flags ( oooh sir!)

Alas, OH has only just arrived home so it's pitch black and he can't see my sterling work. Oh and I've had no heating or hot water for a week. I'm trying to justify eating the crisps by telling myself that I'll be burning it off trying to maintain my body temperature. But it's a big fat lie! Granny and BB you are fab! well done for staying strong. off to sort out the monthly expenses for the business now. booooring!
  • Don't stress about it...these are tips not gospel...if fizzy water works for you then stick to it!!!

    I'm not (as I'd said)!!!
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

    Oh...i see....thanks :Ddancing.gif

PS why have you got crisps in your house? wink.gif
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Just a quick note to say I weighed myself this morning 232.2lbs, I was 234.4lbs last week so 2.2 lb loss. Glad it's heading back in the right direction.
