  • Thanks for all the Rugby talk :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: it does sound like !!!!!! (not that I'd know  ) but I think I'll volunteer to put my head next to Suggs' hip :o .(only for research purposes I hasten to add)...granny if you could see some of the ladies of the night in Sheffied, you'd think they were rugby players :D ...

...raphael Don't knock it, just keep eating sensibly until your next weigh in and the loss will still be there :j ...

...Thanks seren for those tips and please post some more :T , although I'm a bit disappointed to see the one about fizzy water as sparkling mineral water (with a wedge of lemon) has really helped me this year, so I think I'll pretend I never read it ;)...

    xxxx

I thought I was a wee bit thick not understanding what he meant - his fellow player puts his arm between his legs and grabs his waistband! Is he not just giving him a wedgie!!

He would grab the waistband above my groin, so no not a wedgie as such :)

I remember my friend in Spain going on and on at me when I had a coca cola zero at the bar, she gave me a huge lecture of gasses staying inside you for so long with the bloatedness and never to have it,that all the 'false' sugars were bad for the intenstines etc, all the progs I watch say never to drink it, I must admit I drink it rarely, certainly do not buy any for the house but it has been known and I do suffer for it so now would agree, it bloats and is no good:D

Lots of people think they do not do any exercise because they do not go to the gym but when you add it up like you say, the house-work, the gardening, walking to the shops, the walking up the stairs rather than take the lifts, shopping, sunday walks out with the kids to the park, playing frisbee or a bit of football kick about, things you do not think add up but they do and the more you stay on your feet doing something the more the metabolism is going to move about and calories lost.

My dear boy, I am a tight head prop, which means I bind with a left arm around the hookers shoulders and the right arm (upon engagment) to the shoulder of the opposing teams loose head prop. My second row or lock, would bind by kneeling behind me and putting his arm through my legs and grabbing the waistband of my shorts, the flanker, binds beside the second row and places his head to the right of my hip.

    Confused? ;)

........you just reminded me why I only ever watch league. :) And on the occasions I've had my left arm around a hooker's shoulders I can promise you there were no other blokes around.

Pet said "This is the best I can do ol' chum 35n7cd3.gif but to get him back on the straight;) and narrow, how about these 2e2qzyb.gif :rotfl: :rotfl:"

... if that don't do the trick, nothing will.

Raphael, it's all down to the day-to-day fluctuations. It can and does happen. It's a good reason for weighing yourself once a week, maximum. ;)
  • :hello:Hi Everyone. How can I find out how many weightwatchers points I'm allowed and what is free food etc, without joining. I know its on here somewhere but I've been trawling through back posts and I can't find it. At the moment I'm being really good for a few days and then blowing it completely, I thought I'd try Victory's idea. If I just did the weightwatchers meals etc on the days I'm finding it difficult so I don't have to think about what I can and can't have.
Hope everyone's well. Have a good weekend.

To see how many points youre allowed:

Not sure where you'll get a free online list of free foods though.
  • I seem to have lost 4lbs over night...that can't be right!! I'm now showing as 229.4 lb, yesterday I was 233 lb

Very possibly is but it might not last! I find I can easily be 3 or 4lbs lighter when I get up than I am at night but it tends to balance itself out again as the day goes on.

Thats why I always do my wi first thing in the morning lol
