•
Step away from the caramel bars, it is only because you know it is there, a moment on the lips....a lifetime on the hips:rotfl: :rotfl: :D you will feel bad tomorrow and why put yourself through that? Be your best friend, don't make yourself unhappy, go and get some sugar free jelly or 0% greek yog or drink more hot water with lemon, have a bath, go for a walk, talk on the phone, step away from the freezer:D
Thanks Victory  . Just found 2 other solutions as well: tried on outfit for a party tomorrow that really shows off my weight loss so far :D and secondly, OH has just come in, in need of cheering up so I'm distracting myself with that (no not THAT).

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
• Hmm...in the spirit of all this rugby talk I'm going to add

"Go wales Go" for tomorrow....

I doubt I'll get round to watching the match though as we have visitors round. Having said that I always expect us to lose so its always a nice suprise when we win

....... Petrichor, do you have a "shakes head in despair" smiley I could borrow please? I can only blame years of him locking his arms around mens thighs

This is the best I can do ol' chum 35n7cd3.gif but to get him back on the straight;) and narrow, how about these 2e2qzyb.gif :rotfl: :rotfl:

......only the Healthy Living range victory, not all Tesco brand stuff. And yes, all HL branded food has the WW points on.

...Blimey Victory I didn't realise that you didn't know, I could have got a few Brownie points earlier;) I can recommend the tandoori chicken sizzler it's really nice and only 275 calories (not sure of the points) I have it as a meal with just a bit of chopped salad. They have really good selection and I'm sure they'll help you as much as they help me :j...

xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Never go to tesco petrichor find it too big, commercialized and refuse to be one of the people that spend money in their shops:rotfl: :rotfl: no seriously Tesco is far off from here but the chicken sizzler is now calling me;) :D def going there tomorrow especially now I know they have the WW points on them:D

I recommend the WW extra trimmed oak smoked back bacon 1/2 point per rasher or 28 calories 0.4g saturated fat, just off to have a couple of slices, that and less than 2% fat turkey rashers (false bacon as H calls it) love 'em!

• Evening all
Had a very busy week and have missed this thread sooooo much. I have been a good girl and have settled down to SW again. I cut out the weeks planner from my current copy of the mag and bought everything I needed so will start that tomorrow. I usually get bored with SW because all I eat is pasta so this way I will have a full and varied menu and the good thing is that the plan alternates red and green and usually has no syns.
I have now swam 240 lengths (6000 metres) towards my Aspire channel swim. Is anyone else doing it???? would be nice to chat to someone else about how they are doing. I'm still cycling to work and back and I am really feeling the difference in my clothes and I can cycle up one of the hills now without stopping (just). Well done to everyone who have lost this week we are all doing so well, keep going to those who didn't lose.
Have a good weekend

My dear boy, I am a tight head prop, which means I bind with a left arm around the hookers shoulders and the right arm (upon engagment) to the shoulder of the opposing teams loose head prop. My second row or lock, would bind by kneeling behind me and putting his arm through my legs and grabbing the waistband of my shorts, the flanker, binds beside the second row and places his head to the right of my hip.

Confused? ;)

Well it just sounds like garble garble garble to me but what would I know?
I think you've made it all up.
Surely hookers don't even play rugby, they're far too busy walking the mean streets. And speaking as a head, though neither tight nor loose, I refuse to be placed by anyone's hip. (now if it was a hip flask.....)

I thought I was a wee bit thick not understanding what he meant - his fellow player puts his arm between his legs and grabs his waistband! Is he not just giving him a wedgie!!

• some info from an old magasine

* Tackle housework like its a gym routine and you'll burn more calories than if yu did the same activity but were unaware of the fitness benefits

tips to avoid water retention and bloating
*cut down on salty food...your body hangs onto the salt then freaks out and hangs onto the water. lemon and hebs recommended as flavourings instead
*swap bloaters such as wheat for rice or oats as they soothe the gut more
*say no to fizz...gas from fizzy drinks ends up in your stomach. Sweetners such as maltitol, sorbital and manitol can also have a laxitvive effect and cause...smells...
*eat natural diuretics - aubergines, garlic, celery, onion mint and parsley

If this could be helpful to anyone let me know and Ill post some more tips etc...planning to put the recipies up on the board at some point to; up until now I've always managed to keep magazine for up to a year before they hit the recycling...might as well share some of the tips
