For anyone considering SW's online-only "Body Optimise" option, they currently have a "free membership" offer, which is usually £19.95. Membership is £20 a month, and must be used for a minimum of 3 months.

back. I was considering going back again last week when I got word that my operation was going to go ahead and now I don't know what to do. After my Op I'll have a 2 week recovery.

    Any suggestions anyone?

Just had a lovely roast, never bother with them too much fuss for one dinner but just had huge amount of veg, red and white cabbage, carrots, swede, courgettes, marrow, leeks (I never peel or take out the innards ajax I just slice, boil and eat:D ) chop and roast pots with goose fat (I had 2) H thought they were absolutely lovely with garlic, salt and coarse black pepper, I ate all the veg first and then the luxury chop and pots, yum, no gravy, no york shires, no stuffing, no buttery sauces, it was easy to make, easy to clean up after and made a lovely change;)

Apart from the harvester which we have been to many times and are bored with now where else do you lovely people go out for dinner that is very diet/point friendly and is cheap and cheerful?

......congratulations on the win, but 15-0 sounds like five penalties. Thriller eh? :p

Hi, me too! I tried the 'Healthy Roast Dinner' from page 130 of the Cook Yourself Thin - it was very easy and very tasty.

We had never tried butternut squash before and will definitely be having it again. I didn't 'sprinkle with a little olive oil' but used the 1 cal spray olive oil instead - it was such a simple way to cook a whole tray full of roast vegetables to go with the meal.

The chicken was very yummy too and we have enough left over to have it cold later in the week - so it will feed a family of 4 twice :j

    FFM :)

    2 tries, 1 conversion, 1 penalty.

We had the points anyway, as the opposition, only had 12 players and they were the home team, so we gave them our two subs and played 14 a side. However that was only after 15mins and our missing centre appeared! :)

My shoulders and neck hurt now though
