Am on three net work, my 12 month contract ended in April, have been rolling on since then. Got email to say I’m out of contract so they will move me to a new 30 day contact if they don’t hear from me, which they show as £2.50 more. Phoned them and offered me 12 maths for £18, which on web site is available to all. Can they move me from my rolling on, I have Netflix  not out of my data included, and I think they are trying to get customers off the contacts as they have stopped “go bing”
Not sure what you're getting for your money but you're free to move. Have a look at Smarty, Voxi etc., and ask for a PAC - that focusses the mind!
  • I have a few Sim Only plans with Three. I've had email from them and basically they are doubling 2 of the plans I negotiated years ago (roughly about £12 for unlimited everything). Can they do that? They say the deals I negotiated aren't available anymore but I'm basically going to be paying £49 instead of £23 a month!

They can try it on! Ask for the PAC and they'll talk. Otherwise just move. If you want Three's signal try Smarty.

They did the same with me, no negotiation this year. So I moved to id. 6Gb was plenty and £7 pcm on the MSE link https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/mobiles/cheap-sim-only-contracts/   Same 3 network.

If I needed over 10Gb I would have gone with smarty - £15 for 50Gb. If you're using more than that - why?

Of course they can, if the deal ends then it ends and if it isn't on offer anymore you'll get whatever is available that is.  I suspect that you're out of whatever minimum term you signed up to.

They are open to negotiation, including paying less for more (I got the new customer £8 for 12GB today to replace my £9 for 8GB contract that was due to expire.)

Do you really need unlimited data though?  With the amount of free Wi-FI around it's not really necessary in my experience.
  • Please can anyone help? I signed up for a SIM-only 12-month contract with Three, through the MoneySavingExpert website. The SIM card arrived today, but when I went to the Three website's 'Welcome' pages, I discovered that my phone is too old and is unsupported. I phoned Three, since I am well within the 14-day cooling-off period, but they said that since I had signed up for the deal through MSE, I had to cancel it through MSE too. But I have been going round the website for 40 minutes now, and cannot find a way to do that. Can anyone please help?

Could you kindly share, what Sim only deals have you received from EE?

They are talking through their foxhole - mse don't sell anything, they just get commission from your sale via their website.

You could cancel directly, ask them to convert you to 3 PAYG or request a STAC and give this directly to another provider promptly.
