,I joined up,with the aim of having that as a pot that my family know about, and we can use for Christmas next year.It does feel a little bit disloyal to SPC,sorry.
More challenges make things more interesting, I have done the christmas one for two years now along with this one...

Hi SU. It is just a digital display - no sound thankfully. I was thinking of covering up then mummy tummy suggested removing the battery - which seemed a more elegant and better looking solution. But now that my brother has mentioned the wussy BGPs, I can't do either in case he spots it when he pops round. I swear sometimes we just revert to being kids about stuff. Stupid but fun.
I also found the Save a £1 Christmas 2017 yesterday. Definitely think we can run the two challenges together. They fit so well.

Welcome Neddrae, our lovely Su will be along to give you a number to pop in your sig shortly. In the meantime read all the advice on the first post and find yourself a sealed pot to start shoving all that change into. It soon mounts up and will be a lovely amount come opening day.SPC~12 ot 124

I got 3 x £2 coins today after a trip to the city to do our giving tree run (where we realised halfway there that we had actually forgotten to put the presents in the car :rotfl:) and we bought our £1 b00ts meal deals.
Also a handful of silver
all went in the same pot because I got confused and chucked the £2 coins in the wrong one
I am on a mission at the moment, my sister came up to visit and had a game called 'Categorically Speaking' its about 30 years old and she found it in a charity shop! We all had a right laugh playing it and so now i'm trying to find us one for christmas day. Trawled all our charity shops I could find in the city and none of them had it, only one person selling the rehashed WH Smith version on ebay, so no easy task me thinks, but I shall keep looking!SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000
