    Piggy piccy.

Two black ones are ours. Bertie is on the top left. He's a chunky monkey and weighs over 3lb. He's almost 2.
Princess (as named by DD, previously known as Lucy) is on the bottom right. She's only slightly smaller, and she was 2 in July. They seem very fond of each other, and although they have a nest each, they were found this morning squeezed into the same one. Must have been lovely and warm, lol.

LW some calming vibes would be much appreciated for the little squeakers. And possibly some patience vibes for DD, lol.

They are a bit nervous but green beans tempted them to eat out of the kiddies hands and crawl over legs etc.

I've managed to get all my running kit and gym kit and one more load of washing done, and get MOST of my clothes into the new CoD. I just need a wardrobe now, and then I can hang stuff up too :)

In the meantime, as the spare room CoDs are now cleared of my stuff, I can put the bedding and towels for those rooms in the drawers, which will help.
  • They are seriously noisy.

Aww, that's reminded me of something. When DS1 went off to catch the school bus on a morning he would shout goodbye as he went out of the door and our piggies would squeak! They are soo cute.

Both paid stuff, very very busy. Roast dinner done for tea, dog walked, load of washing over the airer, tidied around. I didnt get any windows cleaned but the basics are done at least.

Oh and a frog munched. I keep all my sports kit in a box in the bottom of the wardrobe and it was in a real mess. I have sorted through it and put the stuff I wear more in summer at the bottom. I do wear most of it but I probably have more than I need.

Tired now. Bit of telly then bed.

thanks for recommendation - have bought the window cleaner thing and will charge it up tomorrow. Even better as it was "free" having managed to book my holiday on a TCB special offer earlier this year.

Too late to report anything other than lots of work; lots of waiting at eye hospital for MIL to be seen. Thankfully her eyes are finally ready post-cataract ops to get new glasses.

No flying this eve as went to our ballroom dancing class. Doubtless I will be cleaning windows tomorrow...........
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

Morning ladies! Gosh, feel like I've been missing for ages! (Please suppress any urge to say "not long enough")

Builders are cracking on - so far they've uncovered an old window, superb structural beams, another two feet behind our already huge fireplace, dangerous wiring  and made lots of dust.

I'm beyond excited, although DH and I had a row about my lack of understanding of modern electrics and the need for wall lights. He ended up calling me names, so I've made him salad for his lunch in revenge this morning...

Bossy - your guinea pigs are sooo cute. I'd love some and a bunny, but I fear they would be live dog food :( We might be getting some kittens after the weekend though, fingers crossed x

Just to add, I've got a Karcher window sucky thing. It's marvellous for removing dog nose art and jammy finger prints from glass. Good for shower screens too!
