    Hiya

    Welcome back neveah x

I've been out this morning, wandering round the garden centre and drinking overpriced rather average coffee ;) looking in gift section there was a box of "posh" biscuits, they weren't actually that posh. 7 in the box, and it was £8.99 :rotfl: I wonder if anyone actually buys this stuff?

Saw a lovely coat for DD - they have a mountain warehouse concession. Not sure on sizes tbh and she seems to like the wool duffle she has. I guess as long as we use a brolly for torrential school runs she'll be ok. They don't make them play out if it's raining.

I had a bit of a wobble too. It's five years today since we moved DH from that infernal hospital into the hospice. I remember the Marie Curie ambulance all to clearly, the journey, the row I had with the doctor beforehand who wanted to keep him for another X-ray and so on. But, you know, onwards and upwards.

So I'm just having a cuppa then will tackle some hotspots, and decide what's for tea. Taking kids to a bonfire later with my dad so will find us some warm clothes! Think we'll need them!

    My desk is a tip...

Neveah how lovely to "see" you! :o

    Bossy (((HUGS)))

%!*£$& lupus. Having a rough day today, lot of pain, zero energy, so Flying is being done by Mr LW, with me barking instructions from the sofa.:( However, the lampshades have been done, as per the list - because I spotted a cobweb in one of them.:D

And I'm now all set up on the online system for the new dog care company, so hopefully lots of doggies will be tempted to come here for their hols. ;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Thanks ladies. I'm okay again now xx

Squeakers are away for the night. They are in a hidey hut (there are two but they are huddling) with extra hay, inside the closed in bit of the hutch. Also sorted the pen instead of leaving it till morning so hopefully that will help with the whiff. LW I don't know if you are sending calming vibes from your sofa, but the kiddies have managed to have a piggy cuddle each this afternoon, so thank you and hope tomorrow is a better day.

I've cleaned up after tea and we are just having a quiet half hour before we get wrapped up for bonfire night. Already some loud pops here.

Hope you all have a lovely evening xx

  • Hello, I've been skulking about on the flylady thread for a few weeks and finally joined MSE the other day and thought it time to give you guys a wave and a big thank you! My house is a home again and not a hovel! It's never going to be perfect but it's not embarrassing anymore.
