Narc0lepsy - made me smile about you going outside to give your opinion on the gardening. I do the garden at our house, but I do like OH to come and say 'that looks loads better' - even if he's pretending!

Yes we're usually both gardeners, but I'm just so busy with report writing at the moment I daren't go outside - hence any excuse to escape and see how it is going!

So not much flying to report apart from a bit of putting things in their rightful place here and there. Did get another report finished and emailed and started on another (by sacrificing zumba :( ). 2 students seen, MIL visited on the way as she'd knocked the phone off the hook and Mr N was trying to ring her about a meeting with housing people about a flat transfer. Car filled with diesel and me with C0sta :rotfl: Just got back from flower club, claimed some money from TCB and looking at ordering a few things - anyone recommend the Karcher window cleaning vacuum thingy?
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.
  • Evening all,

Thanks for the support guys, after another really grumpy start this morning, I've mellowed a bit, the house is still tip-like and I'm overwhelmed with washing, but on the plus side no paid stuff now until Friday (although tomorrow is already completely booked up with things).
I'm also happier because I went for a run (well jog) tonight (I've been doing this once a week for a few weeks) and I managed 5k without any walking this time!
LW forgot to say, congrats really doggies x
    Bossy please pictures of pets!

Gosh - just what I was thinking about looking at. I suppose it's the onset of the dreaded condensation eh :rotfl:

House basically clean and tidy. Kitchen blitzed and meals organised for the rest of the week. Paperwork sorted, some to recycle, some to mince and a small pile left to file. Still have ironing to do...

Obviously not looking forward to t/m and will be glad when it's all over. My DSD is coming to pick me up, bring me home and stay a couple of hours. I'll be back as soon as

Meanwhile, hugs, sticks and spoons a-plenty if you're needing some. Hope you all have a terrific Tuesday

Yes yes yes - it's amazing, makes cleaning windows so quick and easy, just get the basic kit though, no need for any extras.

Welcome to the flylady family Bossy-pigs. Agree, we need names.

Loving the idea of whole house jobs - can we have radiators on there? Mine need a wipe down.

Welcome Jellyb - and basil you are welcome back!

So, leg of lamb in sc for tea, have cleaned the ds loo and run the carpet sweeper around. Bathroom later. Paid stuff no 2 at home this aft so will try and get the dog to go for a decent walk.

Have a good Wednesday everyone x

I have a cheaper version, but can thoroughly recommend it for cleaning glass shower screens and tiles (and thus getting rid of excess moisture in the bathroom after showers). Must remember to charge it, particularly as window-cleaning is on today's list!

Morning all. Up since silly o'clock. Hope you're all ok, I have done a skim read but nothing has really stuck except Bossy's pets and window cleaners.

Today I have cleaned all the windows upstairs (think I need one of those k@rcher things) and S&S'd upstairs. Dogs are walked.

About to do a quick hoover through before the paid stuff now it is 8am, and if there's time, I'll take a quick look at the list.

    Have a great day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.
