Well done orlao. Another excellent weightloss.:T

Sorry my team drove you to the biscuit tin greentiger. We'll have to call it celebratory:D.

My day didn't work out too badly yesterday. I've now worked out that if I have the standard steak and chips pub meal and a salad side it's not only more mse:money: (salad 99p, chips £1.75) but I have fewer chips than the big bowl that comes if I order steak and salad and a side of chips. So syns were in chips and a few onion rings. Good mixed salad had separate dressing so I ignored that. In the evening I just finished off half a melon as not really hungry.

Not sure what's happening today. DH is out with friends this evening and not sure if I'll be joining him either for a drink or to eat or both. I'm going to do a normal meal plan so I'm prepared but it might change.

ETA: Light salad cream is only 1 or 1.5 syns per tbsp. depending on the brand wiz.

    Proposed EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese and beetroot
D: gammon slices, new potatoes, cabbage and carrots
    Syns: tba

    Well done Abbafan! Amazing loss!

Saturday was Minus 1 for me - which I was delighted with, I'd be happy enough with one a week as long as it comes off!

Xmas dinner was Saturday night, turned out very boring !

In other news my tv died on fri night so had to go and fork out for a new one yesterday!

Not overly impressed at that unexpected expense the week before xmas but its done now.

As said yesterday not a very SW friendly day - loads of syns including mince pies! Can't make them without tasting (for quality control purposes you understand, LOL). However we did have a lovely pork roast for dinner - but again couldn't resist the crackling, certainly had more than a day's worth of syns there too. Must say the pork was the best I've tasted for a long time.

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs on toast
mid morning - tea & mince pie (10 syns)
L - HM veg & pearl barley soup
D - cold roast pork, bubble & squeak, beans

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - mince pie 10

    Hi all

STS for me this week which I'm quite pleased about as I've had a very inactive weekend due to the weather and a few flexible Syns were consumed on Saturday night.

There was an amber weather warning for SE Spain this weekend and I've never known it rain for so long - 48 hours without a break, accompanied by thunder and lightning for most of the time. We popped out to the supermarket on Saturday morning and haven't set foot outside since! According to the 'net, there were floods in many local towns and we had at least 8" of rainfall as the recycling box was full to the brim this morning and that's how deep it is.

Its finally stopped so we're going to get out for some fresh air soon.

Well done orlao, lantanna and anyone else reporting in with a loss, that's an achievement with less than a week till Christmas. :T

    Have a good day everyone.

:T Well done lantanna . Not that I'm calling you a tortoise but slow and steady.....

Makes a change that it's not those of us in the UK having complaints about the weather lois . I think I've benefitted from two lots of dancing and feeling quite thin but the scales will tell! :)

Evening everyone, well done to all the losers! I on the other hand have put on 1.6lbs which is totally my own fault. Really trying to pull it back this week before Christmas.

On a more positive note, I bought 3 dresses from New Look at the weekend that were all Size 10! I've never been a 10 in my life, couldn't believe it! Definitely going to have to reign it in otherwise I won't fit in one of them in a week!

Hope you're all good and will hopefully check in tomorrow.
