Oh no Tweets, hope you are feeling ok.

Happy New Year everyone - we didn't do anything last night, just stayed in and watched TV. I let DD's stay up to watch the fireworks, then go straight to bed. Me and DH stayed up until after 1.30.

Weighed in yesterday morning and was quite pleased as I only gained 1lb over Christmas week. Only 8lbs to go to target now!

    Have a good day all!

ETA:- Almost forgot, our consultant is setting a challenge for us next week - She wants us to try the triple 7 challenge (I know it means have 7 syns, 7 speed food & 7 glasses of water), but that's all I know. She is going to talk about it in group next Saturday. Also she is going to talk about SP - I have tried this before, I found it hard going and in the end it didn't make much difference to my weight loss.

I would love your input on this.
