    Morning all

Hope everyone enjoyed their day yesterday. I did, a bit more than I should have, but it was lovely.

Boxing Day probably isn't a good day for a weigh in, and especially when it's the last one of the challenge but it's done now so reporting in with +3 :o

Funny how slow it comes off and how quick it goes back on, but sensible eating starts again today for me. Thankfully I haven't got loads of festive food in to tempt me, although there we have got some cheese and biscuits that I'll have in rations.

    Have a good day all.

  • I hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday and are enjoying your Boxing Day.

Well done Wizz on reaching target, even if you have set yourself a new one! I don't think you've done too bad Lois considering the festive season. :)

I weighed in on Saturday and STS which I'll take given the two days I spent trying to dodge naughty food at my parents!

I'm away for the next weigh-in (visiting the in-laws!) so my challenge will end here. Don't think I hit my target of 10lbs but I'm happy with some consistent losses. Back on the SW wagon from tomorrow.

Have a lovely week everyone and see you in the next challenge! :)

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday. I had all the family and I seemed to spend most of yesterday and Christmas Eve in the kitchen! Cooked far too much and the girls both took some stuff with them. Still have plenty of cold meat left - turkey & pork so will use up over the next few days!

Have binned all the roasted veg as don't like parsnips very much and the rest was mainly potatoes - had a full tray left of them with a couple of bits of roasted carrot.

Ate and drank far too much yesterday. Will probably have more than usual syns again today as I made some chicken liver pate and there are still a couple of little dishes left (about 9.5 syns per dish:eek:).

    Today's plan:

    B - bacon sandwich - HEB + 3 (butter & brown sauce)
L - cold turkey, stuffed pepperdew peppers (stuffed with low fat soft cheese) 1 syn; liver pate (9.5) & crackers (3); salad
D - more cold turkey, pork, fried up potato; baked beans

Will probably have a couple of glasses of wine later.

    Back on plan properly tomorrow.

MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all lost 2 lb and I am at the goal but, I think I will get another stone off cause I really think I need to, I still feel fat.
    Here's to 2017 xxx

Amazing losses, well done to you both!:T

Christmas visitors just left so (with a doggy bag of cheese:D) so I'm sitting down for a while as I wanted to catch up and I need to rest my legs as we went for a huge walk this afternoon.

I have had extra syns from Friday onwards but hopefully will gradually get back to normal eating. If necessary I'll put away the remaining sweets (that's my own cherry and ginger ones) and just ration them when I get back into target range. Most of the other naughties DH will eat. Wine syns tonight and probably a snack as we had a very late lunch.
