Hi all... Just having a quick catch up while the sister is still sleeping.
Just 0.5lb on for me last night which is great, now it's the week of treats/eating  today we're out for lunch, tomorrow is Xmas eve buffet, then Xmas day lunch, Boxing Day buffet and then leftovers for days later :rotfl: kind of looking forward to January!
We had a lovely party last night at class, played a few games and had a SW buffet. Not many people came though  guess they're all going to come back with a vengeance in January.
Really laughed at the quality street episode Lantanna, :rotfl: gosh why is everything always so petty at work. The milk stealing in our office is akin to armed robbery :rotfl:
Hugs TIE, and anyone else who is feeling it or poorly xxx
And to everyone that posts, lurks or just pops in occasionally, have a wonderful time over Xmas whatever you may be doing. Thank you for sharing your ups and downs with us, it always nice to have a friends in the computer.. You lot are ace xxxxx

I'm looking forward to 2017 too shala. Christmas will be fun and then it's good to make a fresh start with new enthusiasm.:)
Tiny gains for you and lush which is great for the time of year.:T
I do hope everyone enjoys their break. Belfast is on my 'to do' list lantanna. Have a good time in the Canaries.Abbafan1972 wrote: »Having my nails done at 5.00, which DH referred to as "a waste of money", not mentioning the amount he spends on takeaways lol!
Cheeky s*d!! I think money spent on me is money well spent whether it's my nails, feet, hair, clothes or paying for SW. WE deserve it!!:D
I probably will drop by over Christmas as I want to have as many SW meals as I can between the Christmas stuff. Today we're having a stir fry to fill us full of Speed.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham and LO fried veg including mash, beetroot
D:chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: honey in stir fry sauce then whatever temptations I can't resist.;)0 -
Has been a very busy day today and now roasting a gammon joint with a honey & tamarind glaze - no idea what it'll turn out like but the glaze is very dark!
Had my hair restyled today. It's always short but usually just have it flat but have gone for spiky on top - very different for me but sure I'll get used to it. When DH saw it he said it looked very like one of our friend's hair dos but I hadn't even thought about that.
Today's a EE day:
B - no time as hairdresser appointment at 8.15 and then needed to go to opticians to pick up some new reading glasses & do a bit of last minute shopping.
L - LO pork, fried up potatoes & beans. 1 slice of bread & butter
D - beef bourgignon, mash & veg. Think it works out at about 1.5 syns a portion but might be less depending on whether there are 4 or 6 portions in the SC.
HEA - milk
HEB - 1 slice of bread (0.5) butter 2. Not sure what I'll have for the other 0.5
Syns as above.
Merry Christmas everyone. See you all after Christmas.

Well done to all of you who are managing to stay in control - I bow at your feet.
maman, I'm sure you'll recover from your wee setback. But make sure you enjoy Christmas.
In case I'm not back in for a few days, I'm sending you all festive greetings, wishing you all the best for Christmas and the coming year. Cheers!Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Been away from the boards for a while!
I have managed to stay in target range leading up to Christmas. I weighed in on Monday and was 1lb under my goal weight. I've not been on plan this week but I've not been utterly awful either (I think). But all bets are off now.
Weigh in on Tuesday and see what's what.
This is my first Christmas off in 9 years and out of retail. I am so grateful for it!
Wishing everyone and their families a wonderful Christmas!
I'm off to do parkrun in a few minutes0
