    Morning all :A
I had a bit of a shock this morning, WI and LOST 1.2lb  Am now in SINGLE digits again (only just but I'm taking it :D). Am well and truly flabbergasted after the carp I've eaten this week (including pizza last night)
Moved the scales all over the place to check there wasn't a mistake :rotfl:
So on that note I wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year/New You. You are all fabulous and keep me sane Thank You :T :A:A

  • Hi gang

Just popping in to wish you all a merry Christmas! I've been majorly off the wagon for about 3 weeks but hoping to climb back on it in the new year. Just not in the right headspace at the moment. I've gained more weight than I can keep track of but I think I need the SW break

Will catch up with you all soon, hope all is well
    Xx
